Highly recommend this gym to any experience level. The staff are friendly and helpful.With this place I lost over 100 pounds in 2 years it's like a second home to me.

Great old school bodybuilding equipment, only gym of its kind in the area, fair price, 24hr access, and Liz at the front desk and staff in general have been very nice and helpful

A very affordable gym with a lot of amenities that has helped me out on a crazy work/school schedule. Steam room, sauna, free weights, machines, cables, a basketball court, and 24 hours all included with the general pass. I’ve tried a lot of gyms and this is the one.
