Bad costumer service I bring a phone that I bought online and they Didn't check it. I have to call verizon and they told me my sim card is old simple fix but tey don' even care.

The employer was amazing. I would definitely go there again if I had to. I normally don't do instore transactions but didn't have a choice. But, the sales rep was awesome and kind. Very helpful.

Typical corporate store. No real answers to my problem. One touch of irony: Sign on the door says scan QR code for hours. My phone was damaged and unable to connect to the internet so how do I use a QR code?

I am business customer of Verizon, store guys are very unprofessional. they suggested to call 800 for everything, it is better to close the store and put 800 number on door

The worst service I have ever experience from tech to repair and including customer service. When you sign up everybody is so polite but if you call later for any kind of assistance rude and dismissive. Just awful

My husband's phone stopped receiving text messages, mind you it's a new phone Galaxy 22 ultra, call customer service, and was told to go to the store only to be told I have to contact customer service!!!! 3 times I went to the store and was told to try a new simms card, already did that, then I was told it might be the antenna, okay I ask what now? You have to call customer service again to ask for a replacement phone!!!! Never have we've had such a bad experience with this store!! We have been with Verizon for 20 plus years, You got Jersey Shore as the manager, another manager had his underwear sticking out, and there was no professionalism at all!! All they care about is selling merchandise, they do not care about your needs after you have bought your phone. You are basically on your own. My husband was told a replacement was shipped and it would be here today, he gets an update now it won't be here till Tuesday, he runs a business and now has to wait because they could give him a new phone till the replacement comes, but he would have to pay a restocking fee of 50.00, this is just inexcusable, THEY ARE WORTHLESS THERE!! We are looking into changing carriers now.

Went to the store yesterday to replace a broken Phone, they gave me some options , was told I could trade in my phone if it meet their policy. Went back today and spoke with someone else. Asked if my old charging cords would work, they said yes, I asked if my bill would change and was told no. Ok we plan to move ahead with the swapping out the phone and lo and behold it seems I was " misinformed ", no my old cables would not work, yes my bill would go up and no I would still have to pay for a phone. I spoke with 5 different employees there and got different stories, The manager agreed that I received poor service but said there was nothing she could do. The words bait and switch come to mind. This store has no idea what they are doing and has no idea what customer service is. Will never walk in there again and I suggest you should not either.

Please be aware. Store management has the ability to take upgrade fees away. And they have the ability to credit your account for activation fees. They just don't want to because the dollar amount goes against their total amount used. They try to save it for customers that are going to buy more new lines, or willing to spend money on accessories. You should never be forced to buy anything you dont need. Also there are no promos that combine together different equipment. Store employees get paid for selling you everything. They will act like if you buy a hum, tablet, watch etc you get a new plan that saves you money. In reality, you could just switch to the new plan, they saw you were paying more on an old plan and are using the savings to trick you into buying devices you did not intend to buy. Don't get scammed or tricked.Ask them to show you the corporate brochure on the plan. Also if they see one of you lines uses less data that others, they will try to move it to a lesser plan and squeeze in a new phone line, hum, tablet, watch, etc. If a phone is getting a monthly discount promo they will try to do the same thing.If you have been tricked into buying something, report it to corporate. You can always ask for the district manager, they can give you their phone number. If they refuse, google Verizon wireless CEO and email everyone you find there about how you were scammed.The district manager can give you their bosses information as well. Just be persistent. They will act like they can't, but they are required to give you the information.Stop being scammed by Verizon.

The customer service is exceptional. The store manager Nickey and associates try their best to give you the best deals and save you the most money. Miguel the associate is very attentive and helpful.

I had a great experience purchasing my new phone. It went surprisingly quickly and the staff was informative and helpful. However, when my first bill came I realized that they had changed my plan. I’ve had the same plan for years, and the new one was almost double the price! A phone call to customer service fixed the issue. I would still recommend using them. Just make sure that you check every detail!

Came in on Tuesday at 430pm and Stephanie was helping a customer but when she was done checked in every person in but us and checked in people that came in after us we had bin standing there for a hour already.
