We are and Amazon DSP and we have had a minimum of 8 to 10 vans come in for transmission repair. They even TORE DOWN AND REBUILT ONE OF THE TRANSMISSIONS in 24hrs...
Awesome service...
And customer service and communication is high quality..
I would recommend them for any automotive needs

Brittany Vujakovich went above and beyond to get me into a new lease for a 2024 Jeep Compass. It was the best and quickest dealer experience I’ve ever had. ( and I’m 58, so I’ve had quite a few.)

Vann Dodge service advisor went out of her way to schedule my Durango SRT for service when all days were filled. No promises were made to fix my issue, just to be able to diagnosis the issue. Well, I dropped my SRT off in the am and by mid afternoon I got a call that the door actuator was bad and was covered under warranty and replaced.
Thank you for putting the customer first and finding the time to fix my Durango.

All my experiences with all departments at Vann Dodge has been fantastic. Employees are friendly and professional. The service department is outstanding with Chris Kennedy running the service department with his two writers.They have really worked hard to resolve the problems with my Dodge and they did.
