Lala is the best of the best! I never leave unsatisfied. She makes sure every visit is comfortable and that your experience is enjoyable. She pays attention to her work, is always happy and kind, and ensures I leave happy every time. She keeps me informed throughout every process of my wax which makes it evident that she’s well educated on her craft. She is gentle, calming, and such a joy to be around. She really makes sure my experience is pleasurable each visit. I love coming to her for my waxes!

Always a pleasant experience with Utopia Salon and with Rich and his expert attention to detail.Pleased with the way Rich is cutting my hair and the recommendation for the leave-in styling treatment before blow drying my fine hair. Rich was very patient with me as it was only my third time with him. He followed all my instructions and did a wonderful job with my hair.

I made an appointment and told them over the phone what I needed when I got there the girl was still with a client so I had to wait then she asked to look at my hair and told me that she might not have time to do what I said I needed done over the phone.She said I was only in for a trim which was not true I specifically said a wash,trim and style and she just said I wasn't down in the book for that so either she just didn't want to do it or the secretary didn't do her part. So that was unprofessional but she did end up doing it anyway just was all so rushed my hair wasn't even washed properly.It was not a good welcoming experiment just felt like a lab rat won't be visiting again.

Waited to say this b/c we go way back but Utopia is not the same. I had a rushed hair colored 2 weeks ago and my grays were still there. Completely missed my scalp. Also, it felt like fake doll hair. A lot of new young inexperienced hair stylist. Let's get back to quality work people. ✌️

Yesterday, I went to my Float appointment @9:30am. It was wonderful and amazing, as always?!!! I was looking forward to it all week!!! I'm the kind of person that lives in the moment so embracing the concept of the Float and the benefits it provides physically, mentally and spiritually just makes everything else fall into place...a calm mind, looking at things in a different perspective, feeling confident, etc. Upon my arrival, Ashley welcomed me with a smile. She was professional and personable at the same time. She is wonderful!!! That kind of personality is an awesome addition to the Utopia Family!!!

Mari's manicures are flawless. She pays attention to the smallest of details and makes sure your nails are absolutely perfect. She took the time to show me how several colors would look on my nails so I could make an informed choice. Her nail art is also amazing! While she doesn't rush through the appointment, she does work quickly and efficiently. She also listened to my requests and gave me exactly what I asked for in terms of color, shape, and design. Always a pleasure getting my nails done by her!
