I called the post office number over and over again and I only got the answer machine and the phone service sucked on so many level all the time I called I goy throw to somebody else every time for the last few years now

I am having trouble with changes of address.
The rep here went above and beyond to help me. She was patient and kind...very much unlike my experience in the deptford office.

Most of the time never get my packages in my mailbox or door. Mailman leaves other people mail in my mailbox and the other way around. Please people get it together

Mailmen that run the East Park route steal packages. We've been threw 7 Mailmen in the past 3 years. It's ridiculous. Today (Nov. 3rd 2023) the normal hour to show up here is between 11:45am-2pm. It is now past 4pm. I need my medicine coming in the mail (blood thinners). I'm a few hours late on taking it... the Mailman on this route is a phhhucking joke. He literally shows up whenever he wants. Even spends extra time in the late afternoon, coming back around for the addresses he misses. It's a running joke at this point. No phone number to contact Vineland Post Office directly. Even if I did, all they do is make excuses for their workers. It's a phhhuckkking joke!!!! I live 2 blocks from the damn post office and I'm getting my mail super late in the afternoon. Contacting the governor about USPS service in Vineland, NJ. Contacting the mayor is waste. He's too busy collabing with jews trying to rid himself of blacks & Latinos in Vineland. Ask Goldcrest properties. They're the ones doing his dirty dirty for him.

When ever I go there the clerks are always pleasant. They also take time out to help with packages making sure they are labeled correctly.Never rush regardless of how many people are in line .They seem to be patient and knowledgeable about their job. It's always a pleasure to go there

Retrain the clerks because they sent back a envelope that went as nonmachiable as postage due. And I took it to three other offices and they all said it could go as nonmachineable. Retrain them.
