The sales man I talked too really wanted me leave a review, so here's my review. Do not buy a car from this place without getting the CarFax first!!! I almost bought a Buick Encore from here a few days ago, and after I test drove the car we sat down and I had asked for the car fax. The guy had said something along the lines of there's an error in the system so I can't get the CarFax. So I bought the CarFax for it myself and found out that the car has a salvaged title, which I was not at all told about. So it was either awfully convenient that the CarFax was down or they actually didn't know. But my CarFax came back with a salvaged title for that VIN number. And when the guy called back and had asked when I was coming back to buy it, I told him I wasn't going to buy it because of the salvaged title and he said "That's news to me" so if he didn't actually know they should really educate the sellers on the cars they're selling. Thankfully I didn't end up buying the car or putting money down. I would not consider buying from here given the car had been salvaged

it was a great experience for us. We had our mechanic do a thorough inspection of the vehicle. Very easy process. no hidden surprises … I highly recommend using UA and definitely have Bill take care of you !!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM HERE! SCAMMERS!
They sold me a lemon, refused to work with me. The manager is always "not available". I bought a car out right with a huge list of issues they only fixed some of but refused to work on some other major ones. Had to get the car towed twice in the last 3 months of purchase and now I don't even have a running vehicle. What a scam. They probably just topped off the fluids and threw a for sale sign on. There wasn't even an inspection sticker on the car. They run away and turn a blind eye to problems and instead of coming up with a solution they're always never around to handle it. At this point I'm getting a lawyer involved.

Molly helped me tremendously on 2/28/24 with my purchase. I came in super overwhelmed and hesitate but she helped calm me down ASAP and I left with an awesome car and great carnote rate!!! I will forever recommend people to her! Jon was amazing also, he was super professional and determined to make sure my needs were met. Thank you guys for an amazing experience for my family.
