Toyota of Vineland is the ONLY place to buy a new or used vehicle in South Jersey. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and above all, honest. You can be assured that you're getting a deaI that is fair for everyone involved. They do not take advantage of you to maximize the purchase in their favor. They treat you like family - so you will recommend them to your friends and family, and come back to buy your next vehicle from them. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else!

Don't ever expect a good price when buying. Even before the chip shortages they were a low volume dealer that doesn't discount and plays the games they did in the 1990s to get you to pay more. Like counter offering a 63 month loan at $6 cheaper a month than a 60 month loan just to get you to pay $650 more overall. It's kind of entertaining to watch the games they play with a straight face. Like the guy above the salesman asking you every single question the salesman already did while the he talks to the financing guy , next time I may just make stuff up for fun. Honestly though I only bought there 3xs to support the local economy. Plus the very short drive there was nice too. The service is okay, they have had a lot of turnover and it shows. The biggest issue I had is they fail to notify me my car was done since I usually drop it off the night before. They make a mistake from time to time in minor things like air stem caps missing after getting new tires. Or undercarriage panels that were not fully snapped in after service. It's like come in man, that's the easy stuff that people who are rushed make. But when it came to more complex items like needing to remove the AWD and drop the V6 engine in a RAV4 to replace water pump with bad bearings I had never had issues with car. They also replaced the air bag in my 1998 Celica too under recall recently as well. It has not spontaneously went off yet so that is good. Overall Vineland is better off having them here vs having to drive 20+ miles for genuine Toyota service. But just keep in mind you may have to nag them on status and ensure you look every over everything when they are done.

Just had Vineland Toyota do a search for a specific truck that I was considering. The representative told me there was only one in the entire country (doubtful) and that I would have to pay $5,000 over MSRP and wait 2 - 3 months after leaving a deposit to secure it. I understand the laws of supply/demand, however the arrogance that was conveyed via this sales rep / mgr was inexcusable. Based on that unprofessional attitude I decided that there are other brands that would suit my needs. I guess Toyota of Vineland thinks short term gain is paramount to building a long term customer relationship. Don't do business with these people, they are not worthy of your hard earned $$$!

So I don't think I could be more disappointed in Toyota of Vineland. I was looking to purchase a car from a local to them dealer, and as I am out of state I had them bring the vehicle to Toyota of Vineland to do a pre purchase inspection. They were paid and listed the break pads as the only issue. Green check marks on every other part of the inspection report. Well I purchased the vehicle and brought it in to have my state safety inspection. There were so many issues that were "supposedly" checked it is ridiculous. Basically all the fluids are contaminated or empty (coolant). A front axle needs replacing and is leaking. The rotors are so rusted they need replacing. Struts 30k miles over due and need to be replaced. These are all items that are checked OK on their report. Was told by 2 local shops they basically didn't check anything and just pencil checked the report. This is beyond unacceptable to the point of being a safety issue. I went to a Toyota dealership as an independent 3rd party and this is how I was re payed. Needless to say they are completely untrustworthy.

I have posted in the past poor experiences with the Service Department of Toyota of Vineland. I believe the individuals name was Mr. McCormick called me and discussed my experiences, to his credit he stood behind his employees. I have to report again the negative experiences with the service department. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, recall due to rust on the frame of the vehicle and installation of a new antenna. (Yes they will break off in a car wash). First I was called and informed that the antenna broke off in the base and it would cost $580, as the entire antenna assembly must be replaced. I was told they would not get the broken portion out of the base, thus $580. Needless to say I rejected this offer. I went home and placed a small screw driver in the hole and the broken portion came right out. I then purchased the antenna $50 from Toyota, so the cost went from $580 to $50. I am not a mechanic, so I am not as skilled and trained as a Toyota Mechanic; but I would hope they would have attempted to repair what I had rather then replace the entire part for such an expense. Upon returning home I could not determine from the paperwork what was the outcome from the rust on the Frame. I called Maria back (I had been communicating with here over the status of the repairs) and received a voice mail, so I left a message. To date I have not had the curtesy of a return call to explain the findings. Upon returning home I could not determine from the paperwork what was the outcome from the rust on the Frame. Toyota of Turnersville is not that far away. MTZ

I was having a battery issue on my 2018 Tacoma TRD Pro, I called the other dealership on Saturday and they didn't have any availability till Wednesday. My truck is my main source of transportation and it had to be jump started everytime I turned it off. I called Vineland at 8am Monday morning, Jeff answered and said they were busy first thing but I can come in later that morning. I showed up around 10am, they took my truck back replaced the battery and did a full inspection. It did take a wee bit longer than I expected but I'll take it because they were able to get me in ASAP. And I appreciate that.

This rating would be 5 stars without a doubt if I was only rating their service department...they are knowledgable, super friendly and fast. Toyota of Vinland sales department is something to be desired...the sales person I dealt with (last name Kelkos) who was very condescending, rude and made me take my business elsewhere...little did he know that I was planning on putting half the money down in cash on the vehicle as he low balled on my trade in...its a shame because it's a nice dealership with a great service team.

Ok. I have to say that ever since the previous service manager left it is way better. They no longer charge for diagnostics unless you fix your car somewhere else. The reports are extremely complete and it goes as far as including a picture of the part needed to fix the issue along with the cost. They've got better organized with their appointments and the last time the technician got in the car while I drove as I explained what I hearing. They now have a system where the service coordinator will text you and you can text back as you get updates on your car. They could have gotten 5 stars, but the last time I was there they said they'd order the part my car needed. When I followed up I found out the part was not ordered until I called. That was a bummer since they were doing so well. Definitely better customers service and less leeching the customer.

I heard the most ridiculous story. My daughter in law found out that her car had a recall on the air bag and called Toyota in Vineland to get it fixed. The employee she spoke to advised her that she would have to take the car to CANADA in order to get that fixed. lol She was like WHAT? And asked to speak to a manager, the manager backs his employee and tells her that his employee is correct. That she would have to take that up with corporate. They did not want to do it because they do not get paid for recalls. So her mom gets the phone and asked "so if my daughter gets in an accident and gets injured because of the recall you would rather get sued for not wanting to repair a part that your not getting paid for?" They call corporate and they apologized so many times for Vineland's Toyota incompetence. And got them an appointment to Turnersville Toyota. Well Vineland Toyota just lost a client. IDIOTS!!!! I suggest everyone in Vineland go somewhere else to get your Toyotas.

My husband bought a 2014 Ford F150 from Toyota of Vineland. It's been less than 2 months and already the truck won't start and Toyota won't do anything about it. This is the second truck my husband has purchased there and also the last. Terrible customer service.

The best experience I have ever had by far and this is my 5th vehicle in the last 10 years. My lease was up and I wanted to get an SUV. I exchanged a couple phone calls and emails prior to my visit so that when I went to the dealership all I had to do was sign some paperwork and drive off in my new Rav4 XLE. I went to another Toyota dealership closer to me, prior to contacting Vineland, just get quotes on a Rav4 lease and they were making me feel as though I needed to put money down and quoted me a high monthly payment for a basic model SUV. I was able to get a better model with loads of features from Toyota of Vineland for a much lower price and zero down thanks to Dwight who worked his car magic.

Surprise! It's hard to find a car dealer who is straight to the point and honest with you. After seeing a commercial during the Phillies game for a competitor we went to see what the RAV4 looked like, and how it drives. I gave them the numbers I had saw on tv, and went over what options we liked. They pulled up a new model and sent us on a test drive, alone, which is big because who wants a salesman chatting in your ear while your trying to drive, right? We came back and the numbers were ready, no wasted time back and forth! They even offered to let us take the SUV home for two nights to try it, no obligation. We didn't buy, as we are not sure this is the vehicle for us and the body style is changing soon but I was impressed with the process. I'm sure the numbers could have been negotiated more, but we wanted to see the vehicle and see if a local dealer could match the numbers and they did. If we decide a Toyota is right for us, we'll be back!
