The staff at Team Nissan Vineland are incredible at their customer service. From the moment you set foot onto their parking lot to the very moment you walk out the door. They walk with you step by step through the entire purchase process and have several options awaiting for all different types of purchase scenarios and situations. My husband had a great experience with his vehicle purchase and still loves the vehicle that the manager, Mr. Neal Robinson put him in. Having had an amazingly smooth experience, I came in for my purchase as well. Mine was a trade, and Mr. Neal did such a phenomenal job at working out the best scenario for my needs and put me in a very luxurious and spacious vehicle that was just right for me and my family. Everytime we came into the dealership, Ms. Feliciana greeted us with a smile, has always been super friendly, and made us feel comfortable. Kiarra Feliciano and Neil Robinson were amazing attending me and my wife so helpful , informative and loving they make you feel like family . Very helpful answered all my questions and explained everything very well. Kiarra even put something on her personal tablet for my daughter and gave her a stuffed foxy . Will definitely come back no doubt about it! A wonderful team!! And beautiful cars!!

I was having a problem with my Nissan Altima, and had gotten the runaround from two other Nissan dealers. I saw a commercial that said Scott would help with anything so I took him up on his offer .
I called Scott at Team Nissan in the morning and he got Tony from the service department involved. Tony said to bring my car right down. I did, and they did a full diagnosis. They didn't find any problems.
I have to say everyone there was wonderful. They were very friendly, caring, and definitely wanted to make sure I left as a happy customer. I did!

I had called to reserve and test drive there 2018 nissan altima that was listed online today. They said that's fine just come in. I walk in same day with my family and said I called to test drive the 2018 nissan altima, they said "its been sold".... a car I called to reserve and test drive. Please don't go here they are con artists. I drove 2 hours for a car that does not exist

I scheduled my car for an oil change and AC repair. I was able to book the appointment the night before. Service advisor Steve Walukiewicz was very kind when I arrived. He gave me an estimate for repair costs and made sure my car would be done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Team Nissan for any repairs needed. My car needed an air conditioning compressor and it was worth every dollar spent!

THE BEST BILL AND KIARR...♡♡♡
I had bought myself the most BEAUTIFUL 2022 PATHFINDER PLATINUM the day after i had a MASSECTOMY from Breast Cancer. I wanted to drive what my doctors were driving. FAST FORWARD 3 YEARS 2 MONTHS BEFORE END OF LEASE AND MY BUY OUT A Young uninsured driver totaled her.♡ I went to Team Nissan as this is where I purchased her. I was devastated ? ? and angry at the world. Bill tried to work numbers and I am sure I drove him insane coming in and and out over 2 months. Besides life inflation and the CARS are beyond our price ranges. I was firm where I wanted to be MONTHLY PAYMENT WISE. I ALSO ONLY WANTED WHAT MY LAST PLATINUM HAD at the 2022 price I was to buy out my old lease for. Bill tried but I wasn't budging on anything. Bill NEVER ONCE TRIED TO PUT ME IN A USED CAR LIKE ORHER DEALERS DID. He kept me in a 2024 PATHFINDER but maybe a SL SV Whatever but I wasn't budging and copped a attitude. He never once was pressured me nor put me out of his store which a few times I wonder WHY HE DIDN'T... GOOD JOB BILL♡ SOMEWHERE A LITTLE GIRL FROM THE INTERNET COMES ON THE SCENE CALLING ME... ♡KIARA♡ I told her the whole sordid story and more... ❤️ she starts calling daily to give me updates starts searching high and low to get the twin of my PLATINUM...♡ again numbers weren't working.... yet she still called still talked for weeks and weeks on end. Today BILL AND KIARR TEAMED UP with the OFFICE one last time to try to work MAGIC. We all made concessions but I still couldn't afford it... KIARR came up with the idea to ADJUST THE LEASE MILES down which was where I was when my 2022 was totaled. End of STORY. I BOUGHT [LEASE] A 2024 PLATINUM BAJA BROWN my concession. With Captains Seats so TWINS CAN'T FIGHT all leather BEIGE ? TOW PACKAGE ROOF RACK. I'm ? HAPPY AND SO THANKFUL that they kept trying and working so hard ? ? ☺️ ? ✨️ ? ? ? they lived up to THIER name TEAM NISSAN ?IT TAKES A VILLAGE AND I SO APPRECIATE THE TIME, DEDICATION AND EVEN LOVE EACH PERSON EXPECIALLY KIARA AND BILL DEVOTED TO FINALLY PUT ME BACK IN TO WHAT I WORKED SO HARD FOR MY BEAUTIFUL PATHFINDER PLATNIUM. TO the shameless gentleman who hit me, you almost took everything from me kindness and my heart. I really have no words for you.♡ THANK YOU SO MUCH BILL AND KIARR AND TEAM NISSAN♡ only BAD THING I hope the WHITE BENCHES SEATS ARE GONE BEFORE MY NEXT PURCHASE♡♡♡

In 2021, I purchased a car at Team Nissan, but it was Tony in the service department who kept us coming back. Tony is incredibly genuine, always remembering our names and specific details about our family. This week, during a recall service visit, I mentioned to Tony that I was interested in a new car and asked for a recommendation. True to form, Tony didn’t disappoint and referred me to Kiarra.
Kiarra may just be my new favorite Team Nissan employee. She was exceptionally caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and an absolute delight to work with. Kiarra managed most of the work over the phone, making it incredibly convenient for us to simply stop by after work, pay, sign, and be on our way. She meticulously explained every feature of the new car and even had the team give it a final wipe-down before we left.
Kiarra went above and beyond by reminding me to take my EZ Pass from my old car, something I would have certainly forgotten. She walked me through everything quickly and kindly, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
Kiarra is a true gem and I hope she is recognized for her exceptional service. Thanks to her, we had an outstanding car-buying experience at Team Nissan.
