The staff are incredibly nice along with the units. I’ve never had an issue as a tenant of almost a year not. My only complaint is the rent increases. Again I’ve only been a tenant almost a year and the rent has gone up twice already

I have been dealing with Snapbox storage for several years now and I have also been dealing with Irene for a few years now and she is very understanding and conciensiss about her tenants. I have fallen behind on my rent and she works with me as best she can .

It was the worst experience I have had with any storage facility in my life. I was Iied to in the beginning about prices I was quoted on the phone for. Also they'll force you to pay for thier locks. Also in 2 month of having the storage unit they had increase rent and charge an unexpected late fee. I was literally less then a few hours of paying it. Also they will go into your storage without your permission or even give you a notice. Avoid at all cost. Extremely unprofessional and scammy.
