I don't know if it's bad management again or just really stupid employees. I will not be using this store ever again.
I put up with some the ignorance, but when they call my phone, and try to berate me because I called the main office about a product.
I tried to explain to Lisa, but do you think she would try to rectify the situation.
I also blame the main office for giving her my name, after I told them I didn't want any retaliation from them, well guess what❓
But that's ok, because there are too many other stores to shop at. Some ones not training the employees how to deal with store problems.

It was great back a few years ago.
Bad, management has taken a toll not only on some really good and helpful employee's, but on faithful customers also.
Sorry but have to change, stars from ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, to ⭐.

Plenty of variety, just a rude and ignorant staff. No one smiles, always on their phones, don't care about customers.

Greatly friendly local establishment to shop. Employees as well customers are extremely friendly here. Great sales and meat selection. Often I come for 1 meat, end up leaving with multiple days of different meats

I arrived at cashier number 3 and the woman who was there called me with a very bad attitude, very despotic and arrogant, she told me to come here and her tone of voice was yelling at me and I asked her her name she told me Camille and when I checked the purchase receipt it turned out to be the store manager. It is disappointing to see how a person who is the manager has such an arrogant attitude when treating customers. This is the first time something like this has happened to me in the years I've been shopping at that store.

This store is literally so gross. If I could out no stars I would. I moved to the area in February 2024 since then I have found myself struggling to purchase meat from the store. I would say about 50% of the time I purchase meat from the store it is rancid. On my most recent visit I purchased ground lamb as well as two sirloin steaks. All of them were rancid and all of them were days away from the sell by date. I would estimate this happens to me monthly. It is absolutely disgusting. Not only is the meat gross, but I have found myself finding the dates of things like yogurt and bread to have expiration dates of weeks past. Something needs to be done about this. I have had $20 worth of meat just go in the trash in the last week alone. I should’ve have to go out of my way to grocery stores that do out fresh meat on the shelf.

Worst store ever. Dirty overpriced rude employees untrained cashiers lack of management. Cashiers lazy won't bag. Have to supply own bags and bag yourself
Bags stolen from cart twice. Never have sale merchandise in stocks. I have shopped there ever since store opened 40 plus years ago. No more. Walmart aldis bus or lidl from now on. Maybe bottoms on west Landis Ave mu h better store

Store is clean and has recently been reorganized.
Shelves are well stocked.
I find that prices of most things are cheaper than other food stores.
