I just left ShopRite walking out with my twin being ACCUSED of stealing ! Saying she did not ring up chicken , 4 tropical juice , and a pound of shrimp ! My sister kindly told him to check the receipt ! He pulled out his badge and was very rude ! Knowingly my sister paid for everything ! Like we said ! We asked the very rude gentlemen what would we receive for being accused of stealing , he rudely said “nothing” he even had a women assist with checking the receipt !she was very rude as well ! A manager with glasses it was ! Neither cared to even give an apology and we would like to take legal action with being accused and rudely treated ! Sadly we were mistreated accused and very disappointed with the company’s actions for not even doing anything about us being embarrassed for nothing ! They need generous team members and people who actually do their jobs watching cameras instead of choosing to racially profile us and be treated a poorly and embarrassed ! Sincerely a very upset costumer

Self checkout is the worst I've experienced in any store. The people that are there to help always have an attitude when the machine gets stuck. Customer service is at its lowest. I would rather go any where else than to s shop rite.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I've ordered wine that they didn't have on the shelf.
