Really bad experiences with the manager at the vineland Cumberland mall. Her name was Liz, She was extremely unprofessional and rude had an attitude towards a mistake which store cause with misleading ads. And confusion. I told her I would report her and she was literally laughing saying it wouldn't matter she has been working there way too long to be discipline for her behavior with me.

Retail tip: Make the sale. 5 customers in line, 3 employees behind the counter, 1 talking about how her shift is almost over, 1 looking at papers and occasionally looking up at the growing line, and 1 at a register and she showed zero customer interaction. I personally would have just put the shoes down and walked out (as another shopper had done) but my wife needed to get the shoes.

Great selection, friendly staff. Some brands there is only one sneaker available to try on, I require both. My feet have to test them out. It's a pain to keep asking for the other shoe to try them on, I won't go back . But the employees are nice and explained keeping one sneaker out deters theft. So I do understand but can't shoe shop like that.

Good selection of shoes, but when I went to pay was nobody at the cashier. After waiting, here come this girl (the cashier )with4 or 5 pairs of shoes to put inside of the boxes that was at the cashier. She never said hi or sorry for waiting. I thought she's going to take care of me first but no, she took her time to put all that shoes inside of the boxes like it was nobody waiting there. This is proof that customers are second on this store. At least for this employee.

First time there, looking for wide sneakers are a pain , they had plenty of choices. Staff very nice.
