I had my 2011 Honda Accord towed in last Thursday, due to timing CHAIN gone bad! Yes, you read that right & at 100,000 miles. Still operable, but didn't want to risk it. I ALWAYS keep up on oil changes (have every dealer receipt). I spoke to Jamie Toro in service dept. (he's wonderful!!) He was great, as far as listening to the symptoms I described and told me another service guy (Jason Bender) can work with me on numbers, which was nice to hear! The valve timing solenoid & timing chain were bad. When Jamie called & told me, I WAS SHOCKED, bc I take EXCELLENT care of my car. A little over $2, 600 for everything, including labor/ taxes. They went down to $2,100, taxes included. Very professional, thank you Jason for helping me out on price!! Jamie was very caring and sweet! Picked up on Monday, absolute PERFECTION!! Thank you to a wonderful technician & everyone in service for getting me back on the road!! I will highly recommend you guys to my family/ friends! AWESOME job! ? ?

I recently inquired online about the availability of a 2024 Honda Ridgeline RTL from Scott Honda. Soon after I was in contact with Rachel and then to Senior Sales Consultant Jerry Volpe. The experience was seamless, I took the Ridgeline for a long test drive and after I pretty much knew it was mine. I received a comparable price point for the truck and a very fair trade in value for my vehicle. Jerry was personable, professional and knowledgeable during the sales process. I’ve been buying my cars from here for years. But this past week my 2019 pilot battery died. Jaime Toro took care of me and got Pilot back in working shape and at a very reasonable cost. These guys are reliable and do great work! The sales is curtious and the service is outstanding!

We just had the most wonderful experience with Scott Honda of Vineland. My family was visiting from Montana and we were headed to Cape May. Our 2004 Odyssey started to break down on 55 south. We found the closet dealer. Jaime Toro, one of the kindest souls you will ever meet, helped get us in as an emergency appointment. The team helped fix the van, and got us back on the road. While diagnosing the problem, they were ready to loan us another van if we needed it. We had a van of 6 of us(including 2 kids), all the beach gear, and coolers of food. They gave us a lovely space to wait and could not of been more generous every step of the way. The love and care they showed us all in a sudden emergency like this will never be forgotten. They went above and beyond for us. My mom said next time we buy a Honda we need to come here. This dealer is filled with thoughtful, honest, and caring people. One of a kind. Thank you to Jaime and everyone that helped us! We are so grateful!
