I could give less than one star I wouldHad car taken in on August 27th for a problem that was our fault, they completed the repair after 3 weekstook it out for a test drive and blew the engine. It's been 3 weeks we're still on the list of getting repaired. All I've ever asked for is communication no one ever bothers to call back and as of this morning I was told they're still three other cars ahead of mind to be done this is ridiculous

I purchased a 2015 ******* Tucson on January 14, 2022. In June 2022 the vehicle started to lose power. I took it to ******* in Turnersville **. They performed a diagnostic check and determined the catalytic converter and coil packs was bad which end up costing $3000 of which I had to pay $1408 and ******* paid the balance. The vehicle back in the shop 3 months later for a bad oil pressure switch which cost me $212. So 2 months later the same problem no power was not able to get to the shop March 2023 I had to have it towed. So now they tell me engine is bad and I have to pay $9000. So with cost of the repair bill I had no choice but surrender the vehicle as a voluntary repossession being that Im on a fixed income this really cost me a lot of emotional distress being that I have medical issues that I have regular doctors appointments. I hope that nobody ever have to go through what I have in the past year.

I leased a new 2020 Kia Sorento in June of 2020 for my disabled wife at RK Kia. I thought that I was given a good deal, at the time, and I turned in another lease, a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse, that I had leased from RK Chevrolet as well. My Kia lease is up in June of 2023 and I decided with the price, availability of vehicles, and the low miles of 8000 miles on my wifes car, that I would purchase the Sorento off lease, as was my contractual option. I was told by another sales manager at the time of leasing the Sorento, that the only cost that I would incur, if I were to purchase at the end of lease, was the cost of tags, title work, and the contractual purchase price. I contacted the lease end manager and she told me, after speaking to the General Manager there was a fee of $895 for RK to handle the purchase transaction in addition to the tags and title work TO PURCHASE MY LEASE CAR! Otherwise deal directly with Kia Finance. They certainly didn't say that when I leased the 2 cars!I buy or lease multiple cars frequently and this will be the last from RK. I have referred and accompanied at least 2 other customers to purchase vehicles from them since my first purchase, as I thought they were reputable. They have lost more than just my sales and service business, as word of mouth advertising can make or break you. I will be forwarding a copy of this comment to Kia Finance Corporate & Kia America Inc., to show the type of customer service RK Kia extends to their Kia customers.

Worst dealer I have ever seen in my life! Made my sons first new car experience the worst you could ask for. The good news is, he's now educated on these types of businesses. I would give them ZERO STARS but you can't.

Our experience started out okay with this dealership. The vehicle we were interested in was listed at $5k over MSRP, which isn't ideal, but common in the current market. We were offered $13k as a trade on our vehicle and had outside financing, but I told them that I knew we could get more for our trade. They wouldn't budge on the amount, saying that since we had outside financing, they already weren't going to make much money off of us (even though the vehicle was marked up 15% over MSRP?). We paid a non-refundable holding deposit and planned to finalize things the following week. During that time we looked into Carvana and were offered $20k for our trade, so we took advantage of their offer and sold our car to them, and I let Courtney know via email that day. The following morning, Courtney called to tell me the deal was off and they would no longer be selling a vehicle to me. She said her manager wanted my trade and "wasn't happy" that it was gone, and they'd had too many cash deals lately and he wouldn't authorize another one since the dealership doesn't make much money from cash deals. I offered to finance with them 100% but they still said no. I understand that the deal changed when we sold our car, but I couldn't believe they outright refused to sell to us altogether!!!! It was a very unethical and poor business choice. We ended up finding the exact same car we wanted from another dealership that same day. I would recommend looking into other Kia dealerships in the area as the experience was much more friendly and pleasant, and much less pushy.
