I purchased a car through here and the experience was great. The follow up service hasn’t been and the last service I had was a horrible experience. I made an appointment for an oil-change and there were recalls that needed to be addressed. When I was checked in I requested an extra key to be made and was told no problem. I went to Starbucks and waited 4 HOURS while they were servicing the vehicle. I received 2 phone calls during that time about wiper blades and tires that needed to be replaced. (No one discussed a tire warranty just a replacement of all 4 tires when my car is only a little over a year old. A 2024 Kia Carnival.) I reminded them each time about the key. Got there and guess what? No key. Oh. After 1/2 hr. They found out that they don’t carry the key and it had to be ordered. I pre-paid for them to order it. I was told I would get a call when it came in. It’s been 4 weeks and no call about the key. I called Kia and it’s been there. Meanwhile they also tried to hard sell me 4 tire replacements and never once mentioned the tire’s brand warranty. Which should be credited if the tires wore out before the warranty mileage. I drive up from Cape May so it’s not around the corner, but I think it’s time to switch to the Kia dealership in Mays Landing instead for all future dealings.
