Also she asked questions so many times and will cut you off and put you on hold, she was

It took 3 month to get my car repaired. I understand there is a national shortage on replacement parts but a simple phone call and updates are a must. I received very few phone calls and updates. They will not provide you with a rental car at all even tho it's attached to a car dealership. I would not recommend taking your car here. I would look elsewhere where a car rental would be given if it going to take over a month to get your car repaired.

RK Auto Group is one of the few family business still around. They are truly operated with a personal customer service experience. I will never buy a car anywhere else as long as I live close enough to pick it up. Jim Gee and his team are amazing people to deal with in an industry that is hard to trust.

I personally have used RK Collision Center about 8 times (unfortunately) for my family cars. Easy process, great service, great body work and they make the process with the insurance company a smooth one. I definitely recommend RK Collision Center.

Took my Impala in after something fell on the roof. Repairs were done promptly, and after they were done, you could not tell where the repairs were done! The staff was helpful and friendly. Thanks for making my car while again!
