After some emails, survey responses, and a little bit of phone tag Ray the service manager finally made this right and replaced the rotors with upgraded rotors. He also arranged a loaner car so that I could have the work done and still get to work.
While I don't believe the measures taken to resolve this should have been necessary, it still stands that Ray went out of his way to make sure it was resolved, and resolved to my satisfaction.
The dealership did everything in their power to refuse to warranty rotors that were installed there and have been an issue ever since. Bought the 2016 equinox there in 2019. In Nov 2022 I brought it in for warped rotors and had an entire break job done. In August of 2023 I had to bring it back because with less than 5,000 miles on them the rotors were warped again. They turned the rotors down as the solve. Now here we are in July of 2024, approximately same mileage and they are warped again. This time they blamed it on letting the car sit too much because I "don't drive far enough" and made me pay $95 to "clean corrossion". The rotors are still warped and the brakes still shudder and they absolutely refuse to do anything about it. They claim they are chevy oem rotors with a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty, and it seems to me they are trying to push me past that warranty so they don't have to solve the issue. They also returned my vehicle to me after oil change and tire rotation with grossly mismatched tire pressure on the front (34 on left and 29 on right).

I only came in for a service on my family truck Trinity Kent was so helpful greeted me with the biggest smile , & pointed me in the right direction to have my vehicle serviced, made sure I didn’t have any more concerns before leaving me with service department!!

They charge way more, then estimate given by service technician. Recommend not to go ho in this service center. Whole team of service center is useless. Hold your vehicle for 10 to 15 days, without any diagnostic tests. After 15 days whatever they are telling is their own story. Very rude. They will mentally harass you put you in stage of depression. Avoid this service center at any cost. If I can give ⭐️ in real. Minus 100 stars what they did

I had a seemless experience. MR. Reasean Cruz is an outstanding and stand up kind of guy. Talked with me over a 8 day period an he answered all my questions without pressure... and just like that I'm driving off with my 2024 2500 Silverado

I’ve been looking at trucks for a while and didn’t know who to turn to or where to start. Other dealerships were giving me the run around and I wasn’t getting exactly what I wanted. At RK Chevrolet, specifically with Jefry, I had an amazing experience and got the truck I really wanted, the 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison! I love my truck and have gotten so many compliments and questions about it, and I can credit that to Jefry. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and made the process super quick and easy. I appreciated all of his efforts. He worked day in and out to get me exactly what I asked for. He also explained the process to me every step of the way. There were no surprises and I did not feel anxious about the process at all, he put me at ease and reassured me he would do his best to get what I asked for.
