Incompetent pharmacy. Told me the prescription would be ready on Monday. On Monday, I was told the prescription would be ready on Tuesday. **Spoiler alert** When I called Tuesday, I was told the prescription was never filled because the medication was out of stock. This incompetence has happened numerous times. Two months ago, I went several days without the medication because it took them a week to fill it. Are they this incompetent or are they trying to cause harm?

Time to change drug stores. Pulled up to the drive-through window and waited for a few minutes. Nothing. Hit the call button; waited for a few more minutes. Nothing. Hit the call button again and, after a few minutes more, the pharmacist came to the window, glared at me and said, "We know you're there." Then his assistant came to the window, asked for my birthday, and slammed the drawer shut. Finally, I got some service.But that wasn't before they each let me know that they had better things to do than simply recognize that I was there, waiting for a script. Service need not be immediate, but if one were to act professionally, one would think about recognizing that someone is waiting to be served. If it's not immediate, at the very least, it should not come served with a side of grumpy workers taking out their grudges on the public.

Went to pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy ONLY to find out that they changed their hours over the weekend without advertising it. Had meds there that I was out of and could not get till Monday because they are NO LONGER OPEN SATURDAY'S OR SUNDAYS PLUS THEY ARE CLOSED DAILY FROM 1:30 - 2:00 Daily.Obviously Rite- Aid is not there to serve its customers efficiently.

Get a friendly cashier upfront who will look up and great you when asked a question. She was cold with a short one word answer… “NO”

Had to go here after my sons prescription had to be moved from my original pharmacy. First man was nice but the lady there gave me an attitude for no reason. I was polite about having to wait as it was not a normal prescription for him and not his usual pharmacy but the lady gave me an attitude about moving my car if another car came behind me when I couldn’t hear what she said the first time. There is a second lane even though I’d have no trouble moving but I don’t understand what the attitude was for because I didn’t hear and she had to repeat herself. She was very annoyed through the rest of the visit as well. I’ll be sticking with my original pharmacy that’s for sure.

Horrible pharmacy drive-thru.Always a long wait. If you are the 4th vehicle in line. Plan on being in line for 30 minutes. :(. Never fails

I've been frequenting this store much more recently than my usual store on Landis. The employees in the store and the pharmacy are pleasant and helpful. The shelves are well stocked and both the sales floor and bathrooms are clean and presentable.I just need to make this store, my new primary store with my prescriptions. I also come here annually for my flu shot and have already gotten my shingles and pneumonia shots too! The pharmacist was awesome and made the process seamless. Your app is awesome and it makes everything so easy. Thank you!

You shouldnt close before your listed hours. Ive been waiting in the drive-through for ten min, ten min prior to the closing time.I usually never post a negative review, however you’re closing early when people are dependent upon medications. Thankfully im not one of them, however this is a professional institution. Please consider your leave-times in the future.

Always greeted when I walk in. All the cashiers are very nice and helpful especially the manager Tracey. Jim the Pharmacist is the best. Always available to answer any questions no matter how busy he is. Store almost always has everything I need. ~Mandi
