I inquired about buying bulk high test gas twice once by phone once by email. Never got a reply from either request. Since then I made other arrangements to meet my needs. I have instructed my drivers NOT too use RIGGIN ANYMORE. Thanks for nothing

Dispatched for Riggins was let go on Friday. Id give this place 0 stars if I could. First the co-workers who were suppose to train me were hostile to any questions. They didn't want to be bothered with it. Less than welcoming. My second week there Ralph and two co-workers threw blame at myself for missing 5 loads over the weekend. Obviously none of them looked into this properly because the loads we're in the correct folders where they belonged. It was more of the same antics over my eleven weeks there. This place lacks integrity, honesty, and accountability. My second day on weekend shift. The weekend dispatcher let me know he wouldn't be training me and he wasn't being paid extra for it. I thought this was a great opportunity but the environment in the dispatch office was so negative. Joyfully I am starting to dispatch this morning only a few days later.

Saw Riggins driver of truck 73 on Tuesday February 4th at 8:30 am on I-80 who was the worst driver I have ever seen. Not only did he try to advance position by using exit ramps to then jump back on via on ramps to gain a few spots, but he was weaving and all over the road. He cut off two other semi's in what could only be called wreckless and dangerous maneuvering. Then he jumped out of an exit only lane to speed forward 8 spots and jumped back in almost causing an accident with a car. He almost pushed a car off the ramp trying to exit. Literally the worst truck driver I have ever seen...

We've been using Riggins since we bought our house in 1992. We're on the budget plan. One year we had so much credit that our monthly payment was zero. Never had a problem with Riggins service. Fast & friendly service.

Price and service! Delivery guy came and there was no car in the driveway so he left the bill, but i was home, ready with a check...and he was nice enough to call and sincerely apologize! That is great customer service!
