Highly recommend! I've used them more than once and would use them whenever I move again! The time allotment is perfect and being able to pack and load the pod is beyond worth the money!

Hello POD people! I just wanted to leave this quick note to thank you all and especially to leave a great. Big thank you to Justin, our pick up and drop off mover/driver for his prompt attention and professionalism. Justin put the finishing touches on our recent move, making the experience a painless transition to our new home. We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience.
I just wanted to add that Justin handles locals and is out of the Vineland area, thanks again Justin !

Jim Tatch. Delivered my Pods. Jim called with an ETA, inquiring where I wanted them placed. Jim was very friendly, respectful, and careful placing the Pods in my driveway. I would recommend Pods for your moving company…. Hopefully Jim would be your delivery man. I hope Jim will be picking up the Pods …. I know my property will be in good hands.

Get your price in writing, there's typically 3 phases of your POD journey. Initial drop, delivery to new address, and final pick up. They bill ahead, make sure it matches your written quote. They usually do not put it in writing. The service cannot be done 100% online, and there-in lies the problem and billing discrepancies that happened to me. Request that the phone agent create a record that is either emailed or texted to your device. Also watch storage fees. Even if you are quick to unload you and schedule your pickups asap, they may play around and may only list available dates that are 2 to 3 weeks out costing you more $$$. The actual service is good, just make sure your CC charges match your requested quote, learn from my mistake.

My PODS experience was excellent in all ways. The driver was timely and professional, the availability to schedule the delivery and pickup was convenient, and the container was better than a truck. The POD container was at ground level, which allowed it to be loaded like I was moving boxes and items into another room since it didn't require walking up a ramp (like a truck). I would use this service again without hesitation.

I was told they had a Farmington NM facility and when I wanted it shipped there it was no longer available. That should be illegal.

I am very pleased with my experience with PODS. Everyone I encountered was very friendly yet professional, and the cost was less than a truck rental and storage unit while I was in-between homes, not to mention having to unload, reload and unload again. I would recommend this to anyone who is moving!

PODS was the lowest cost option but also the most flexible and efficient for our cross-country move. PODS is the BEST! I love being able to take our time loading and unloading the containers without paying to rent per-day. This was our second time using PODS, and we will use next time if we ever move again.

Not only are they misleading when you first get a quote online, they changed my delivery date and told me that I was the one to go online and change it. Funny thing is, I moved to an AT&T dead zone and had no cell phone service and could not connect to the internet. My internet provider was not scheduled to come out for another 2 days due to the weekend (this was a very rough weekend for us). So, it was impossible for me or anyone else to go online and change it, on purpose or on accident. I had to go the entire weekend without any of our stuff. Since it was scheduled to be delivered the same day we moved out of the old and into the new, we didn't see the need to pack an overnight or weekend bag.Also, when they give you the quote online, they do not add the total up for you. They throw a random amount below the list of charges at the bottom making it look like the total, but it is NOT. I ended up paying $500 more than I thought I would. Next to the total it just says, "You can reserve now and pay later." NOT, "Pay this now, and the rest later." They charged me the original amount that was listed on the quote, then another charge came out a few weeks later, than ANOTHER charge a few days after that. 3 separate charges. I called to get an explanation but all I got was that this is how they do their billing. They promised that a supervisor would call me back to discuss but I never received a call.

We used Pods for storage while building our home. We had a very positive experience from the first phone call to schedule the Pod delivery to the last phone call to have the Pod re-delivered when our home was completed. Highly Recommend Pods for all your storage needs!
