10/10 experience hands down. Zach showed me cars in my range and made sure I got the best price possible. Over these few weeks he’s worked so hard to put a deal together for me. I would not recommend coming here at all & buying a car. I bought my truck in January and the guy said the truck was running good and had no problems. It’s already giving me issued and I have to keep wasting money on it. He also offered to give me warranty on it & ended up cancelling it. Then 2 weeks after the check engine light came on. If you know your cars aren't reliable , why sell them? They are over priced as well !

The worst auto sales company in business on Delsea dr. They are very nice people butttt, when it comes to them helping or them being there for the things they are responsible for they wont. They will get you in a car, truck you out your warranty, the cars are not good used cars at all. They customer service is horrible and there mechanic does nothing but reset the sensor on the dash to hide the dash lights from coming on until you get a few miles. They are all around a scam! Please for your own good do not buy any cars for here unless you want sad services, and excuses, and a big lack of communication then perfections is the place for you! Truly a waste of my money, time and efforts. They destroy lives and need to be sued!!!!

I'm not the type of person to leave reviews that often, but I just had the most pleasant car buying experience at Perfection Auto Sales in Vineland. Our salesman, Zach, was very attentive and knowledgeable. He really took the time to listen to our needs and matched us up with the perfect car for our family. There were no pushy sales, and he helped us find a car that stayed within our budget. Everyone we met was very friendly, and I would recommend that anyone in the market for a used car to give Perfection Auto a look first.

We wanted to like them, we really did. They seemed so friendly and happy to help us. So much kept going wrong with the car, no tags or paperwork after a month. I finally paid for a carfax report and found the odometer had been ROLLED BACK MORE THAN 100,000 MILES just before we bought it - and we STILL wanted to believe them that they were as duped as we were. Then they kept saying the loan was cancelled (but it wasn't), that they did us a favor and we wouldn't get financing anywhere else - really mean texts - and they couldn't help us any longer. I think we asked too many questions. I'd gotten it in writing to return deposits after seeing other reviews and we were glad to get out with just a little loss. The real clincher? The car is on their website for sale again WITH THE SAME LOWERED ILLEGAL MILEAGE!! That just confirmed everything. I have copies and screenshots of everything. No wonder used car salesmen have a bad reputation. If you really want to buy from them, at least run a carfax. All dealerships we visited after this offered it straight up, and yes, we got financing at all of them. BUYER BEWARE!

I went with my son to buy a car, and they owners were great people and very understanding of his situation and helped him. It was an older car because that's what my sons into and the owner Barry was very honest about the car and my son has been loving the car. Thank you for giving my son the great experience you did. I bought about 8 cars here for the whole family. Barry, Dawn,Ralph and Mike are the best. They go out of their way to put me in a reliable car. All the Cars are clean and I never had a major issue. I consider these people my friends and would go no where else for a used vehicle.
