Michael Straino at NovaCare was phenomenal with my son after his hand surgery. He was thorough, personable, caring and answered all our questions. He took his time and really focused on making sure my son's therapy would be successful.

Last night I had an appointment with Lois Koering. I was in excruciating pain and feeling defeated. It was hard to get out of my car. She came outside and talked to me and I was able to get inside. I’ve been to this facility four or five times throughout the years for different injuries. The staff is excellent Sean, & Amy are the best, Nicole is awesome. The only issue is why are we still wearing a mask? It doesn’t make sense, outside of that the facility is great.

Very friendly and tentative. I feel he listened to what I was saying and treated me accordingly. He was always cordial and I would go back for treatment with him in a heartbeat.

Amy is great with my son, she makes it so much fun my son didn't realize he's building strength. Amy is thorough in her treatment and assistance with my son.
