I went to this store to make a payment and have received denial they asked for my pin and said with out the pin no payment can be processed.

I went in to pay my bill , the employee in the store was charging 10$ to change my pin to my account also after paying she kept asking "are you sure you want your change back" .. that is very unprofessional and very scamming . Please someone reach out to me for further assistance.

They are very rude to customers they do not honor the return policy they gave me a hard time I visit this store 4 times before I got my refund I had to contact customer service on them 4 times they overcharged if you don’t check your receipt .they make it really hard when you want to return something they refuse to honor the 14 days return policy don’t waste your time if your not satisfied they will not help you .Very poor service

My friend bought a new phone ? and it worked for a couple of days then the phone stopped charging he went to the same store where he got it and they gave him a new charger it worked for a day then it happened again and now he was told he had to wait for a replacement phone for 3 to 5 business days and they said they can't give him the tracking number or the order number he's without a phone this is ridiculous

Great customer service! Friendliest service I’ve received from the moment I walked in. The store is up kept, organized, and you can smell the cleanliness before opening the doors. The girl there was amazing would continue to recommend metro to my family and friends and definitely coming back here again! Thank you metro!!!
