Went to find a unique birthday card & gift. The store associates walked by me several times an not one of them greeted me. I picked out my items then put them back & spent my money else where. Where is the customer service?

I love going to this Hallmark store. The staff always goes above and beyond making sure to greet me and help me find anything I need. I love all the specialty niche cards they have for occasions many others don't. Their Vera Bradley selection is fantastic, and ornament open house is my favorite time of year. Always a quality product!

Bought a dozen chocolate covered pretzels from the case, Archer chocolates that are quite expensive. Needless to say they were stale, hard and disgusting. Maybe the store owners should instill a little quality control.

been coming here for many years. My wife buys multiple ornaments and these rude people would not even let her use the bathroom. We are going to take our business elsewhere these people are terrible and rude.

This is by far the nicest, cleanest most friendly Hallmark store I have ever been to.Once I started coming here I have never shopped at another store. You can always find the perfect gift and they will wrap it free of charge! The displays are bright and inviting while the store is kept in prestige condition.The staff gets to know their customers and always asks if you need anything and frequently makes suggestions to help you choose what your looking for.Its a win,win.Support local business and have a great shopping experience right here in town!
