Average waiting time 3-7 hours. Don't expect call check with the shipping office frequently, they don't give a sh.t if your load ready or not. Improper loading is guaranteed, tell forklift guys how you wanna be loaded. A lot of space, but not sure if overnight parking is allowed.

At the entrance they have a security guard about 55 years old who is a very obnoxious person, because due to a simple mistake when saying my phone number he started yelling at me and I think that counts as the company's image.

Check in 2 o clock , check out 5:30pm,I recommend teaching local drivers of this company subordination, if everyone is standing in line at the exit, for some reason the drivers do not follow these rules

Always preloaded trailers for our carrier. Easy in and out. Gotta keep those prime drivers from leaving personal items in company trailers though. Makes it weird for the rest of us.

By far the best Americold facility staging area nice andclean restrooms Appt was 4:30 am got there at 12:40 unloaded by 3:00 am no where to go so I parked in staging area so I can get some rest.

Check in guard very nice. Easy in & out. Restroom available for driver. 2pm appointment and 3:30pm door. 2 hours for loading.

Arrived early at 18:00 the day before my appointment which was at 14:00. The security guard at the gate let me in and I parked there overnight for my next day appointment. Checked in at 12:30. Gave me a door at 13:28. Paperwork ready at 16:30. I gave them 5 stars for overnight parking. Loaded me up in about 3 hours.

No More overnight parking, 2h prior your appt time
The black guy at guard shack is the most pathetic person I’ve seen on guard position who was almost crying and started yelling on me for no reason
he Didn’t want to open the gate so I could turn around and I had to back out (which is not safe) to the road
Hope Americold would take some notes and try to hire more professional people with work ethic and who’s able to control their aggression on the work
