Lilliston Ford is a great place to buy your vehicle but you have to ask for Reggie he was very pleasant helpful knowledgeable. We told what we wanted & he took us right to it 2 hours later we left with it. Everyone there was helpful pleasant. So go to Lilliston ford and ask for Reggie & you will leave with the vehicle you want.

Lilliston made my first vehicle buying experience quick, easy, and painless! Jon Park (the sales manager) got me a great deal, Mike Davis helped show me all the new features on my Bronco as well as deal with my insurance company, and Tim Carragher in finance was thorough in explaining all the paperwork and went over all the add-ons and protection packages without being pushy (which I appreciated!). All in all, it was a great buying experience!

Our sales person was fantastic the finance guy not so much . Did a classic bait and switch with gap insurance . Told us he put gap insurance on and made the car cheaper . Asked about if insurance covers gap insurance which they do if you’re financing a vehicle . Made me feel stupid for even asking . Tried taking it off the final price . Was told I could take it off later probably so they could get their kickback . Stand your ground when going in the finance room . Again sales person great ! Finance guy horrible .

I've been a widow for 7 years, never bought a car on my own, (I did bring my son for moral support and advice) Jim Frie, salesman at Lillilston in Vineland,was just patient, professional, listened, and I was immediately made comfortable with my purchase. And it actually fit in my tiny garage! Go JEEP!

Communicated with salesperson Jade multiple times regarding specific vehicle, including before we left that morning. Drove 2 hours only to find out the vehicle was sold several days ago but she never bother to tell us. Jade said, I wanted to show you other vehicles. Completely unprofessional and a waste of our time.

Service advisor Taylor is the best it gets. Super friendly and attentive. Unlike other Ford dealers in South Jersey, who take your car keys and give you a number and send you on your way without much dialogue. Always have had great experiences at Lilliston and will continue to bring my Ford vehicle here.
