Kim was absolutely helpful in the entire process of sell my house. She had patient with us and as soon as I sent any text she answered even after working hours. Thank you Kim! We got a good price for my house in Vineland. The goal was accomplished!

My mom had passed away and we decided to sell her home. Kim made the process easy, especially since my brother and I each live out of town. She handled all the local details for us and was always available to handle our questions and concerns. Just a great agent.

Hello,I have been having ongoing issues with my real estate agent. She showed us houses from my list and did not add any houses of her own except a new construction that we instantly fell in love with. We have now signed a contract and come to find out that she is "best friends" with the Broker, April Pruesi. April is the wife of the builder (Russ from RPJ Builder LLC) of the house we purchased. This was not an issue until it became abundantly clear Sam could not professionally handle this conflict of interest. She has not advocated for us at all, and has been extremely hard to get a hold of or get any answers out of. We often go days without hearing back from her, and often have to ask a second time to get any type of answer. She promised us we could pick mundane things like the color of our house, she claimed the fridge could be included and even said we could get hard wood upstairs for the same price. As time went on she did not deliver any of those promises. She is now demanding another thousand dollars for our driveway, despite the fact we are locked in for a contracted price, and three months behind schedule now. We have had to pay three extra months rent because of Russ's inability to stay on schedule so it is alarming to ask us for more money, we feel we should be getting price breaks due to the extended deadline. She is overall unprofessional and snarky. Please follow up with me. April then threatened to rip the already laid driveway up instead and then tried to force me in to breaking the contract for the house. April is now refusing to answer any of my or my lawyers calls.
