I walked in here in a panic when I learned my daily was no longer safe to drive. Nelson in sales helped me calm down and managed to get me in a vehicle the same day regardless of my situation. The owner is a wonderful person who makes sure he is present and involved. I highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are someone worried about getting approved for a nice car.

Do not buy from this establishment. A crazy woman driving a car promoting this business almost ran my 16 year old child off the road while giving him the finger. Very mature you psycho! Don't advertise a business when you don’t know how to act around children.

I'm not entirely sure if I should even post this since it really is a gamble when buying a used car from a dealership. I understand that dealerships need to make money and that things can happen with cars after purchase. However, it was a big punch in the face when I had to spend upwards of $3k in repairs within the first month of purchasing the car. All 4 wheel hubs needed replacing, all brake calipers, all pads and rotors, axle seals. Two ball joints.The wheels that were on the car (which were different than the wheels that were on the car when the car was advertised) needed to be tossed because they were out-of-round and two of the tires had bulges in the sidewall (which was fine because i had a nice set of wheel at home ready to go on. I do find it a bit strange that after I bought the car I found out the car sat on their lot for almost a year, which may explain some of the repairs/replacement parts that were needed. What's also strange is I test drove this car for 45 minutes to an hour checked everything I could and couldn't find any leaks, strange noises. Everything worked. They allowed me to pick up the car a couple days later since i came by myself. Driving home I heard a loud Roaring and the brakes were sticking. Wth happened between my test drive and picking up the car? Is it coincidence or not a thorough inspection of the car before they out it on the lot almost a year prior. I emailed the owner of the dealership both on social media and their email, no response, but when I asked about my license plates they responded quickly. I think I'm just disappointed. Luckily I fixed all of those issues before I put my newborn in the car. Unfortunately I'm in a car group with other people who've had similar issues with this dealership, albeit on more expensive cars.

I would give 0 stars if I could!!! They sold our family a pickup truck that has had issues since 2 weeks after we bought it. They are terrible to deal with if you have a issue with something you buy!!! When they were suppose to fix our truck they took parts off another used truck in there lot instead of replacing it with new. Our truck had a vibration and when we had the tires balanced and rotated the brakes weren’t any good and the caliber was busted into pieces! They said they would pay for the parts since we were under the 30 day warranty and they never did!! The transmission blew under the 30 days and the truck is now for the last month sitting at a dealer getting a entire new one put in!! I would never buy a car from them and I would never recommend them because as soon as something goes wrong they won’t fix it and they get extremely rude and don’t own up to the mistake they made!!

The worst service is only interested in selling, they sell damaged vehicles, they tell you that they will solve it and then they fight to get it solved.

We had such a great experience here. It was the first place we stopped to look at cars. We shopped all around for another week and ended up back at Joshua Motors. The sales staff was great and communicated very well. Got us a great rate and paperwork was quick and easy. Highly recommend.
