Fair prices and fairly easy to find what you need. The employees were willing to help when asked for assistance with no issues whatsoever. They also do price matching, so you know you're getting a good deal on what you buy, and if not, try to match it to a better deal online ?

Disappointed with the professionalism. My husband and I have made two appointments with Home Depot to talk about kitchen design services. For our first appointment, we received notification about an hour before the appointment time that they had canceled it. For our second appointment, we received no notification. We got to home depot (after a 45 minute drive) and an employee told us that the designer that we had our appointment with was a “no call, no show” and did not call any of her appointments to cancel. I don’t know why someone else didn’t look up her appointments and cancel them. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning to this Home Depot.

If I could I would give this Home Depot 0 stars.
I went into the Garden Center looking for a specific plant. There was No one there to assist any customers so I asked the employee at the register who was on her phone at the time.
Her response was I don't know where anything is because a vendor stocks the store with plants.
I proceed to go inside looking for further assistance and there are 4 employees hanging out doing nothing by the customer service area.
I ask them if they could assist me in locating the plant or if there was anyone available to answer my question.
I get the same response....we don't have anyone here who can help you.
You need to look yourself.
They also were on their phones!!
So I leave!!
I go to Lowes across the street and the first person I see in the garden center answers my question and points me in the right direction.
Customer service at this and many other Home Depot stores is horrible!!
Employees are rude! And very disinterested in providing assistance!
Needless to say I will not be shopping at Home Depot again!!

Overall the store was somewhat clean. But the lumber section was the most congested with overstock pallets and carts in the isles. Customers have to move them to get the lumber they need. And being told they're out of lumber and you point to a pallet on top of steel and still being told they don't have it. The cashiers are friendly and helpful and some departments are very knowledgeable some are not. You can spend a lot of time browsing the isles and lose track of time .
