I took my mom here on a recommendation from a friend and it was amazing! I wanted to get my moms hair colored and styled and cut for her 80th birthday and everyone was so so kind and pampered her! My previous salon closed so I recently switched to Hair with Flair. Leigh is AMAZING!! I love my color and highlights and the cut was absolutely perfect. I am SUPER picky with length because I have very fine, thin hair and she did exactly what I wanted! Thanks Leigh and Hair with Flair! I'll see you again soon!!

I spent the last 3 months working OT. Today was my only day off for the week. I googled a few hair places. Most of them were closed or booked. I called It's Hair with Flair and was immediately greeted with friendly customer service. I was able to make an appointment within the hour. When I walked in I noticed the place was very clean and modernized. The girl who cut my hair "Hailey" did an amazing job. She was courteous, friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely come back again. I felt quite a home here. 5 stars :)

Took my 1 year old son for his very first hair cut. Leigh knocked it out of the park! He looks amazing and ENJOYED the entire experience. Which as his Momma is a huge win! I was worried he'd cry and maybe not be able to get his hair cut. Tried to schedule appointment with receptionist Shitzu and she was frustrated due to my time schedule. She said "well what do you want me to do for you". After, I slightly raised my voice due to her comment. My daughter was sitting next to me while I had the receptionist on speaker. The receptionist stated I was yelling after I lowered my voice and continued to point fingers. I asked to speak to a manager she said none was available until the next day. Never heard of a business that does not have a manager on site. I told the lady I'll go to the salon myself. Management was not present but she did call Leigh. At this point I no longer want to spend money at this salon just wanted to address the attitude from the receptionist. Needless to say...I would rather pay the extra money for great customer service minus the attitude.

They are friendly & do good work. They help you decide on things to do on your hair & explain in detail on what is best.
