I’ve been coming to this Goodyear location for several years, and the service has always been excellent. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making every visit a great experience. They consistently offer discounts and promotions, which is a nice bonus. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service!

Went here to have a tire mounted after trying Mr. Tire who started off the convo with "we dont do motorcycle tires", which it wasn't one of clearly because its not but also because it had 5 lug holes and came off my drag car.
Gentleman at Goodyear looked over the counter and said yep not a motorcycle wheel lol, rolled it back into the shop, walked out "which side is this going on?" walked back in the shop, walked out "you keeping the old tire?" , walked back in the shop, walked out "what did you want this filled to?" , rolled them out done. Wheel had no damage and tire had none , heavy tire spot lined up right , took all of 10 mins if that seriously.
Would absolutely recommend Goodyear in vineland before anyone else in the area, dealt with a few others with all kinds of tires and wheels and had nothing but problems almost always.
P.s. Whoever the Tech was at the counter on saturday 3/15/25 around 5pm deserves a raise, he was cordial, fast, didnt treat me like an idiot and got the job done with no issues at all . That kinda quality now a days in a person in any field to actually know their field is super rare sadly, however I appreciate that he did and you guys hired him.

Sam, Ed, Miles, Charlie and everyone at this Goodyear Service center are THE best - always!! They have gone above and beyond to fairly and professionally take care of both of our Subaru Outback, for two and a half years... thousands of miles and ... thousands of dollars later, we now drive over an hour to have them continue to service our cars. A+++ rating! Thanks guys!

Schedule a tire rotation with oil change. They say oh most people dont want their tires rotated.... well I do thats why I selected it when I made the appointment. Now my front wheels are worn down and Mavis wont rotate them. Yes Mavis, because im done with goodyear. Never using this POS company again.

If I could put zero stars I would. We were told the part we needed to fix our car had to be purchase by is because they couldn't find the part, but that they would use that part and put it on themselves. So we bought the part only for them to ,almost a week later, tell us that oh my bad we're not going to use the part you bought. Then jacked the price to fix the car from $500 to almost $1,500. They will rip you off and lie to you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Drove 20 minutes after booking an oil change online for $30. Once i arrived they tried to convert me to 0-20 for $75-99, when i told them the manual allows 5-30 which meets the standards the manager would not help me and they ultimately agreed wasted my time and fuel and now i have to start all over.

First time new tires was good. Called today for transmission flush and declined. The CVT is 2 years old with less than 30,000 miles. He didn't even ask me that question. At the very least good customer service would say bring it in and we'll check it before declining. So yeah, byiii

Make my appointment to get oil change a tire rotation, let them know I have a 2500 ram . Told no problem, get there an the guy says oh we don’t have a lift for your truck to rotate tires. What tire place don’t have a lift for a pickup truck?
