This review will be a little long, so I apologize for that.I wanna start off by thanking Scott at Team Nissan of Vineland for the recommendation. I have done a lot of business with Scott throughout the last 15 years or so. His staff has changed from time to time but he always manages to find the right people for the place. The ones who actually fit right into that environment. They are eager to always help you and make you feel like family rather than a customer. Now onto the body shop, Fred Bianco Auto Body. When you walk in or call there TINA the secretary is the bright spot of that shop. She always speaks properly to the customer and listens to you and then gets you to the person who can help best. Now the shop did a amazing job, it did take LONGER then the actual time I was giving at the start of the work. BUT IM GLAD THEY WAITED TO GIVE IT BACK AT 100% and not rush it out to me. Now the MANAGER MATT, I HAVE NO IDEA HOW HE KEEPS HIS JOB THERE. Everyone else I encountered was amazing except MATT. He talks over you, he speaks to you like you’re his child and even called me a liar. He sent me a screenshot of a text he sent ( to me) but the number was not mine. Instead of an APOLOGY his response was at least you seen I sent a text. Matt will cost that repair shop money. I’m sure of this because of his personality. MATT HAS NO IDEA of what he’s doing. If Matt stays there I won’t go back or recommend them to anyone, unless I can avoid dealing with MATT, or if he’s no longer working there. The job looks amazing and I’m very happy with the outcome. Except having to deal with MATT. The 3 star rating is based on the job that was done in the end. If Scott from Team Nissan and Tina from the repair shop was not involved in this transaction,this place would get 1 star because you can’t give a half star.

Terrible experience!!! not recommended at all. Take your car somewhere else to get it fixed they’re just wasting your time. After 3 months they told me my car was not reparable and it wasn’t totaled or anything it was just the back bumper and some sensors. Lost a perfectly good car to them. Not recommend at all

To whom it may concern,My name is Jose Morales , I take my TRX truck to get repaired at Fred Bianco Auto Body, The Automotive Collision Repair Experts ,1791 S Delsea Dr Vineland, NJ 08360.I have had a terrible experience with this Auto Body Shop over the past few months.There is a lack of communication going on and I am not sure why. I have spoken to Matt and some other managers.. It seems like they do not know what they are doing and cannot communicate effectively with the issues that I am having. I was called to pick up my vehicle and I had to drop it back off after seeing that they buff my paint too much on my passenger door and some other stuff. I drop it off and left it there for a week I went back to pick it up and it was not done ?♀️ so they had to rent a car for I could get to work unbelievable and am still waiting on parts. I don’t recommend this shop.

Terrible experience! After 9 months they still did not have all the parts for my car. They claimed "They do not know when they can get their hands on a hood" I called for weekly updates in the beginning, as months went on, I would call, and no one could tell me if the parts were there or not. I was completely ghosted after 8 months of waiting. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Manager Matt is a liar! Lies to cover up mistakes he has made. Tried to blame not calling me back on the receptionist not giving him the messages. Had to get my insurance check back and take my car to Forrest Grove Auto Body (they had my parts in 4 days, fixed my vehicle beautifully in 10 days). Waste of time and not professional at all!

Went in for some small work to be done. They were so great! Patient, kind, respectful, and super helpful. They really went out of their way to make sure that I was completely happy with the finished product.

Our car has been with them for almost an entire month to be fixed after an accident. I feel like everything they were doing was moving in slow motion. When I called to follow up, since my rental car has to be returned on Saturday, they put me on hold and then sent me to a voicemail. Everytime I call back, it goes to voicemail. I don't know what they're doing over there, but it's definitely not fixing my car. I guess I will have to take a visit there today. IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR BACK IN A TIMELY MATTER, DO NOT GO THERE!!! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR CAR FOREVER.

I stopped in to get an estimate for damage to my car and couldn't believe the great people that I dealt with . A couple concerns that I had from another business were taken care of right on the spot . This business actually goes above and beyond customer or not . Just plain out good people that run a great business. Wish there were more around like this. I wish I would've went here in the first place. I can't say enough good things , I would definitely recommend.

Definitely DO NOT recommend this place. They said the job will take a week it ended up more then two weeks. Rarely got a call back on the status of my truck with the repair status. Parts were not properly placed correctly back on the truck after repairs were made twice!. Customer service was the worst! Just a horrible experience overall.Services: Painting

I don’t recommend them, they don’t do their work properly. I went to go get my car fixed and to paint it, instead all the parts were moved around in the wrong place. I had to take my car again to fix it. Don’t recommend, they don’t pay attention to their clients.

I had an issue with my headlights being too low when I drove down the street so I called bianco's body shop and they told me to bring the car in, they aligned the headlights, now they're absolutely perfect going down the road. Fred bianco's does outstanding work I would highlya recommend them.....

I had a fantastic experience today at Fred Bianco Auto Body in Vineland and wanted to share a review. I was replacing a rear view camera on my car and ran into a problem removing some trim and decided to go to the shop for an estimate. A worker named Julio looked at what needed to be done and went in to talk with an estimator named Mike who asked if I had the camera. Julio then took the car in the shop and not only removed the trim but installed the camera at no charge. They were professional in every way and I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing any vehicle body work. - Stan
