The flowers for Mother's day were left in the driveway because my mom unexpectedly wasnt home when they came by to deliver! Having been a florist, if someone isn't home, you leave a card stating a delivery was attempted and to call to make arrangements to pick up/redeliver. Also, this was the "Stylists Choice" vase for $60 they sent. I am not happy. Definitely will not order from here again.

They did an AWESOME job with the flower arrangements for my mother inlaws funeral. Great prices and a really nice lady that works there. She was a big help. Definitely won't go anywheres else for flowers.

Absolutely awesome experience! Finer flowers was one of the best choices I made when planning my wedding. With all do the planning, this was one aspect that was completely seamless. Stephanie knew exactly what I wanted and definitely delivered. My guests were saying all night (and for many weeks after the wedding) how gorgeous all the flowers were. Would 10/10 recommend Finer Flowers to anyone for all occasions.

Wonderful custom flower crown and custom floral arrangement! Owner is incredibly reliable, creative, and works with your budget. We also use them for floral gifts to family and always receive amazing feedback. They will be designing flowers for prom and for our daughter's first birthday!

This was my first experience dealing with Finer Flowers, and I cannot be more pleased. The customer service is exemplary. I ordered the "Colorfulness Bouquet" online, and a very pleasant woman called to ask if it was all right to substitute some flowers. I said OK, and the next day she called me to say the flowers were on their way. Later she called again and left a message alerting me that the flowers were undeliverable at the given address. So I called back the next morning and spoke to the same woman, and I gave them a new address in a neighboring town. She warned me there would be a surcharge, but I said OK, and she said they'd be delivered "by the end of the day." But they were delivered within the hour! I was actually on the phone with my friend when they arrived at his door, and he was thrilled because the basket of blooms was so beautiful, and I agree. If anything, the flowers are showier than the online photo! And I didn't expect the balloon to be so big! It was a pleasure dealing with Finer Flowers and I highly recommend them. (BTW, the dreaded "surcharge" was minimal, so no harm done.)

Stephanie is extraordinary and did an amazing job for my wedding in August 2021. Exactly what I wanted she created and delivered with care to our wedding. I got so emotional when I saw my bouquet ?. It was my sister-in-law that recommended her to us and now we recommending finer flowers to everyone that need their event to look above and beyond. She worked along with us through the whole process..I always wanted white calla lilies for my wedding and indeed that I got..All the pieces were nicely put together. I had to make this my first review / post:The new owners did an amazing job for our family when we lost both our parents earlier this month in an accident. Our mom loved working in her garden, they let us bring some of her flowers to make the arrangements just that much more special. Our dad was a Vet, we didn't stick to traditional colors and we're glad we gave them freedom to create our vision.The work here was beyond wonderful and everything we expected after coming highly recommended by co-workers and family members who have used them in the past.The new owners are extremely nice and patient, we arrived last minute with about a dozen family members after leaving a local funeral home who recommended the new owners for their amazing work.We see the owners actively respond to posts so we want to say thank you again from our entire family.
