East Oak came highly recommended to us but unfortunately we did not have a great experience. We were looking for a new vet for our pet due to moving. Our pet also happens to need a procedure done and we wanted to get that looked at. East oak was not willing to take us on as a patient without any explanation and belittled us for the fact that our dog has her dew claws. Renee the receptionist was very unprofessional, she was not helpful, understanding, or compassionate. She cost the business what would have become a standing client and I’m disappointed in a place that came so highly recommended. We have since found another vet that went out of their way to become our pets new vet.

I absolutely love this vet office! We bring both of our cats and our german shepherd here. The techs, receptionists, and vets are so great and so gentile with all of our animals! I feel completely confident every time I bring my pets to the vet because I know they’re getting the best care that I can get them. Highly recommend this office and their team to anyone looking for a vet!!

I always have a good experience at this vet. Been taking my dog here since she was a pup and she’s a little over 2 now. Everyone is great. They’re so good with my dog and with the animals in general. Always so happy to see my dog and she loves them back! They genuinely care. They are very reasonable with pricing and so understanding. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. We both love East Oak.

I've been going here for a while with my dogs & one is diabetic. The prices are reasonable, the service is excellent & the vet is informative. Easy to get an appointment, no real wait time, and great follow-up.

WE have been taking our family to Dr. Mary and Dr.Jay since forever. They are the kindest and most knowledgeable Vets we have ever known. The Entire staff there are so friendly, the facility is so clean and the hours are perfect for our work schedules. Both Drs have cured our animals of even the most benign maladies. Doctors are the best here.

My first visit with my dog Daisy was a pleasant one. Dr Jay and his Staff were great. Dr Jay showed my dogs Xray to me and explained her diagnosis in detail. I will surely be continuing to have East Oak take care of Daisy

I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Jay and his staff. They were absolutely wonderful to my dog, Stella Blue and me. Stella has an aggressive mast cell tumor on her foot. Dr. Jay removed it and took great care to make sure it healed properly and she was able to walk. Unfortunately, the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes and there wasn’t anything anyone could do. Dr. Jay and his staff were phenomenal in trying to give Stella the best quality of life in her remaining days. We had to put her to rest yesterday, and the doctors and staff made sure it was a gentle experience for Stella, as well as my family.
I would highly recommend East Oak to anyone. I’m happy that I always get such great care and will continue to bring all of my furry family here for years to come. ❤️

Everyone has been pleasant and make you feel comfortable. They have taken good care of my little Stella. We love Dr. Jay. Stella just had some surgery and he called me twice to discuss things which I appreciated so much. They were so nice when I picked her up. It’s always a good experience with East Oak. Thank you so much for taking care of my little girl.

Had to take one of my cats, he had a terrible abscess on his bottom. Dr Mary and the gang took great care of him. Have been going there for years. Everyone has always been wonderful.
