Fantastic service. Caleb sourced my dream watch for me and kept me up to date throughout the entire order.Spent a good hour with me once it had arrived making sure I liked it and then took the time to size the bracelet for my wrist.Service impeccable. I recently was unhappy with a very expensive bracelet that I own and I took it to DeSoto's jewelry and asked them to do something to it not being sure what I was looking for. Needless to say that they turned it into one of my prize possessions I am so grateful and very satisfied. Thank you DeSoto's jewelry.

I need yall to know what happened to me and where NOT to take your jewelry!! I would have never expected a local “BUSINESS “ man would need to attempt to swap out my gold chain with white princess cut that I took to him and trusted him to fix my lock and return! We dropped off my chain , ankle bracelet and my daughter chain and when we picked up our jewelry I put on my chain and realized it felt lighter I took it off and inspected the chain ! It was not gold with the white gold it’s was just solid gold, it was light weight and the links seemed smaller . I reached out to them on social media because they were closed with no response. On the next business day I went in and spoke to the owner himself Desoto a man who has probably over a million dollars of jewelry in HIS store tried to give me a different chain and I confronted him . He stated that was my original chain , and as I told him it was not my chain and why it was not my chain and showed pictures of MY chain he said the white gold princess cut can come out while it’s getting cleaned . Now I’m hot and pissed because you are trying to play me and that’s not happening! Then after I wouldn’t give up fighting about the chain not being mine he proceeded to tell me he has to check maybe it got mixed up with another chain mind you my jewelry should’ve been together in the envelope they put it in. He tells me to come back in an hour. I tell him no I’m going to wait right here I had all day to wait. After about 15 mins of him looking for my chain he comes back out and tells me my chain got switched with another customers chain and thankfully it was a friend of his and he was going to bring my chain back around 2pm. SMH ??♀️ I get there to get my chain and Desoto is on the phone and brings my chain and says I can’t believe how similar they look and turns around and walks back to the back no sincere apology or anything. ??♀️ I would NEVER EVER bring my Jewelry to him. If you go there BE VERY CAUTIOUS and take pictures of everything!!!!

Today I went to DeSoto jewelries I truly believe they pay the highest around for Scrap jewelry. I originally went to a local pawn store where they offered me 2/3 of what he offered. I’ll definitely be coming back again to deal with these guys. The setting is way better and they pay the best. I am glad to have done business with them. i’ll definitely be bringing my gold and silver here again.

I am so grateful for time, patience, sensitivity and SKILL of this jeweler.I had a large heirloom stone that needed to have a setting created as a significant gift to my granddaughter. I didn’t know where to start. Caleb was amazing. We decided to design a ring appropriate for the size and tase of my granddaughter. Caleb created a gift that surpassed my imagination. It’s perfect and he took all of the stress out of this big moment. Can’t say enough. Thank you

I have to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to DeSoto Jewelers. I ordered a custom piece on Black Friday for a Christmas gift and really didn’t know what to expect because I’ve never dealt with this shop before. Well, let me just say that no detail was overlooked or bypassed. They went above and beyond my expectations. I was blown away with the work, quality and craftsmanship. Definitely a purchase worth the overtime for. I had to take picture of it to stare at it and had a member of the team wrap it up before I ruined the surprise. You guys hit it out of the park. Best place to get your jewelry, I was looking for couple 10k gold bands, I was calling all around the area, like Cherry Hill, Deptford, Voorhees, and Medford. And found this hidden gem in Vineland, DeSoto Jewelers. When calling around I ask how long would it take for me to get my rings fitted and every one of the other jewelers said 4-7 days, but DeSoto Jewelers said we can get it done that day. I was sold and I wasn’t disappointed, the young lady that took care of me I think her name was Bianca, she was amazing, I felt like I was home. I was getting my girl and and myself rings, my girl couldn’t make it but I had her measurements, but it wasn’t in mm it was in cm. But no worries Bianca converted it and it fit like a glove. Bianca knew her jewelry. 10/10 service. I suggest everyone come here. Thank you so much DeSoto Jewelers!!!

My mom was having issues with swelling in her hands. Finger was discoloring and doctors advised that her rings needed to be removed prior to any procedure. Devastated, my mom was telling me the story and I knew right away who we would trust for the job. DeSoto Jewelers safely removed her rings, replaced all missing diamonds, resized, cleaned and polished and returned them to their original beauty. The staff listens and cares about their customers. My mom was so moved by the experience. DeSoto Jewelers treats every customer like family. We couldn't be more thankful. We go to DeSoto Jewelers for all our jewelry needs. Thank you, Bianca and Mr. DeSoto. My mom cannot stop staring at her "new" rings.

Awesome, talented staff!! Incredible work is done here. Caleb is a truly skilled artist at his craft and gave me the best customer experience. I had ideas of using the diamond from my Fiancé's grandfather's ring to make it into an engagement ring, and he was able to take my ideas and translate it into the absolute most perfect engagement ring. I went in with only a vague idea of what I wanted out of it, and he gave me excellent recommendations and helped me understand the various parameters that one should consider. He and his staff guided me through the entire process with genuine care and great attention to detail. It made me feel confident that I was being steered in the right direction, and My Fiancèe was absolutely thrilled with the result.
