Avoid this place !!!
It has terribly unprofessional staff and a nervous manager who yells at customers just because they didn't understand him the first time. Although he himself is not able to determine the malfunction of the wheel.

Came here based on recommendation and reviews, but left disappointed. I was charged 300 for an estimate/quote where even most chains provide that for free. I would prefer to support local businesses but not if its going to cost me just to know what is happening. I guess I will make the rich a little bit richer

Scheduled an appointment to have a front alignment and mounting and balance of four new tires at Albrecht tires. When they mounted the new tires on my rims they gouged the aluminum as pictured. When confronted Doug Albrecht admitted that their equipment caused the damage. He informed me that he would have the rims repaired but would need them for 3 days. Over a week later the rims minus the sensors were returned separately from the tires. I paid for the mounting and balancing of four tires. Doug told me” I paid to have your rims fixed, I’m not mounting the tires nor refunding the money for the mounting and balancing of the tires.

My husband and I brought my car there several times through the years. Great experience every time, we thought this time we were going to have to put her down , but Kip worked a miracle for us. Which I did buy a lottery ticket per his suggestion. He explained everything up front to us . And of course thanks to Rose she keeps the show running.

Best place around for tires! Prices are reasonable and comparable to other places. You will not get the service at any other tire shop that you get at Albrecht's. They are a small family owned business and they care about their customers! BTW Rosie is the best!!

Great customer service. I called ahead and met Willie. I needed just one tire and they had a spare tire just the correct size at a fair price. They mounted and balanced the tire. I was in and out in 1/2 hour.Service: Tires

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!I couldn’t have had a better experience! Such a friendly atmosphere…Doug went above and beyond and he has the ability to explain the repairs needed in a way that a lay person can understand. Rose at the front has a personality that makes you feel as though you’ve known her forever.
