Poor management. My wife and I came in for a scheduled appointment, and this super patient front desk clerk guy started having issues with his printer, then he realized that our appoitment wasn't set up correctly by another team member, and followed by even more trouble when processing our payment for the tire service. And then this rude and totally unprofessional manager/sup shows up with her attitude, blaming him for breaking things. If you trained them well and provided support, then they would be able to do their job.

Caesar is the MVP in the tire department. I came in for a walk-in tire repair after it was not corrected by Mr. Tires. Caesar quickly found and corrected my tire issue. In addition to managing the tire area, I witness Caesar handle a store customer issue and aided her in retrieving her customer pick up order. Customer service is rare and anyone else would have told her it's not their area. Caesar is the best and one of the main reasons I wouldn't hesitate buying my tires from BJs.

Too bad I can't leave a ZERO. This BJ's Tire Center is the ABSOLUTE WORSE in All areas, especially, Customer Service. If you don't like your job get a new one. The staff at this location - Plain and Simply Put.... RUDE... I will never bring my car here again, but I'm sure that's what they are hoping for.

Special shout out to Anthony. What a wonderful guy. BJs is lucky to have him. Helped my disabled wife with a very large, heavy order. Got the items down from the top shelf, took them up front for her and even went out with her and loaded her car. These days, most people don't even want to work and have poor attitudes. Anthony proves there are still good people out there. He definitely deserves recognition and a raise.

Caesar was extremely helpful and honest. He made sure we knew what was wrong with our tire and provided the services he could to fix it.

Caesar is "The Man"! Very down to earth, respectful, Professional and willing. The best customer service I've had since obtaining my membership here 3 months ago. He didn't fail at getting a few resistant lug nuts off. I really appreciate his down to earth, Honest Professionalism. He was the determining factor in me not canceling my membership and requesting a refund for it due to a lack of a minimum of "ok service"= Bad Customer Service! Thank Again Sir!

My husband and I went to BJ’s to get a tire plugged. It was around 6 PM. My husband went into the garage because no one was at the desk. The mechanic was leaning on the wall on his cell phone. There was only one car in the garage. When I asked the mechanic if he could plug my tire is it, he stated, “you won’t be getting your tire plugged tonight “. I asked him why he couldn’t plug my tire and he said he was by himself and will not have time. Maybe he would have time to get his work done if he would stay off his cell phone. I plan on calling corporate because this is a very bad customer service. I put more air in my tire and went to Mavis tire in the morning. It took them less than 10 minutes to fix it.

I recently visited BJ's Wholesale and tire center in Vineland, NJ. to have four new tires installed on my small pick up truck. I ordered and paid for the tires on-line and an appointment was also made on-line for the installation. Easy peasy right? No, dead wrong! My appointment was set for 9:30 am and as a courtesy I always arrive at least 15 minutes before any appointment. There were two men (installers) behind the counter when I arrived and no other customers in the office or vehicles in the bay area. Neither one of these men greeted me with a hello or good morning and were very abrupt answering my questions. I understand that everyone has a bad day every so often but these individuals were just flat out rude. Well, two hours later my vehicle was finally ready. Two men, two hours to install 4 tires on a small pickup truck must be a new world record. Needless to say, I am contacting BJ's corporate to vent my spleen over this incident and never again will I use BJ's in Vineland for anything. Please pass this along. Thank you.

It amazes me how rude and unhappy the staff is at the Vineland store. Mostly everyone employed there is seemingly miserable which reflects poorly on this store. Perhaps if they're so unhappy they should work elsewhere. Please leave your attitude at the door when you go to work.

I had a flat tire while driving through Vineland and stopped at BJ's. They said they were too busy to help. Thank you BJ

The general manager (Craig) told me that he cannot review the cameras at his store. NOR does he have anyone that can review them. My friends wallet was stolen and could easily be retrieved by looking at the cameras. If you lose s*** here they will not care and they will not help you. I called the police try to help me get a look at the cameras. Hopefully they help because Craig doesn't know how to run a f****** store.
