Worst employees, they might be good people but as employees there horrible. They all need more training on their computer system and company policies. That goes for management as well. I have had an open line of credit with Best buy for 20 years that i have used in 5 states. But this best buy told me I didn't exist and refused to let me check out.

Neil did not give ear to my concerns over destiny’s lack of interest in repairs on my phone I had to drive all the way to the Apple Store because supposedly I needed a new phone however that was not the case it turns out it was a simple test that destiny did not do and sent me on my way when the problem could have been fixed right there it’s pretty frustrating to waste 5 hours on a simple repair when Neil and destiny could have just addressed it at the store.

Did not have the devices I needed in demo mode, but I was able to buy one. Good customer service.

Went in to find a new screen protector for a cellphone, looked 3 different aisles plus a few displays, nothing. An associate came up, looked it up, went searching, came back with it, and then apologized for not having more choices, but did offer to order it. Did not get her name but great customer service.

I called about an item the guy assured me they had it.i drove an hour and they didn't have it and never heard of the guy I talked to..he was at a central call center and had no idea what the store I called had in stock

Hit and miss with some items. Can order whatever you want. Never had any issues and I have bought a little bit of everything from our local spot.
