“Convenient. Drive-through. TD is everywhere so it's easy to avoid fees for using other banks. Checks arrive quickly. Staff suggested checking account to save on monthly maintenance fees. Only concern was when a vendor charged my debit card to hold an item, TD said they couldn't do anything while the charge was pending but still allowed the charges which overdrew my account.”

“After reading some of the reviews I had to double check to see if it was the same bank I go to. Personally, I have never had an issue with the employees. I have been a customer for almost 7 years and my experience has been nothing but great. I don't go in as much because I prefer online banking over anything. But when I go in I am treated with respect. There is a lady by the name of Millie who in my opinion is the best and is a great example of what customer service looks like. She explains everything in detail, hears my concerns and takes her time answering my questions. I'm sorry a lot of you have had a bad experience. I gave it a 4 star ? because of the ATM machine. I agree with some of the comments about the breakdowns and how slow they get. Other than that I am a happy customer ?”

“Business banking review. The place is easy to deal with. The tellers are generally very personable and quick. It does take a miracle sometimes to review an issue with the higher level staff but once you get called, they will help you quickly. Bank is clean. Parking can be crazy.”
