Totally disappointed with Autotec and their service, my wife and brother in law both bought a car from them back in April of this year, my wife traded in her 2020 Camry and they were supposed to mail a check to the credit union with whom my wife had a loan with, they claimed the mailed the first check and it got lost in the mail and they had to put a stop payment on the check, then they mailed a second check and it was spelled incorrect, then they had supposedly mailed another check which they never did, fast forward to the beginning of August 4 months later after my wife and I got tired of the same response over and over we decided to threaten to pursue legal action they finally mailed the check and pay off the vehicle. Now as of August my wife’s credit score has gone down 100+ points because of missed payments because we didn’t know we needed to keep up with the payments until they decided to pay the car off, so we called Autotec and asked if they can write a dispute on our behalf so that we can get that taken off of her credit score, they said that they will be willing to, but I call them every day to talk to Paul and every time I call he’s either not in or too busy to write a letter or submit a dispute, he keeps telling me he’ll get me the letter by the end of day and it’s now been weeks since he told me he would write the letter and nothing. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CREDIT RUINED!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOWARDS SOMEONE WHO BOUGHT TWO CARS FROM YOU!
