I received ordered a sofa chaise that wasn't able to fit into my small studio apartment. The delivery men were exceptional and professional. No problem, a nice lady representative was able to show me a sofa with ottoman and my monthly payment was the same. I'm glad the other one didn't fit. Thanks Aaron's job well done by all.?

Literally the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. To the movers damaging your furniture to the managers cursing you out on the phone. Maritza has absolutely no customer service and I am so glad all calls are recorded to prove just how unprofessional and relentless you are. Luis is also horrible and even yelled at me for not allowing him to cut me off! I was transferred from one horrible manager to the next. They are terrible and I wish I never leased with them. After 3 long years I am done. Do not lease with them.

I love the customer service here Maritza was very nice. They were so nice to us we got a living room, set a laptop and a dining room table. It was good price Maritza was the best person in Cisco.

Rude staff, refused to give me a refund when they messed up my order. They told me if I need a refund I have to go to their store and pick it up. Got snarky with me when AARONS sent my items to their store instead of the store I deal with. New Management is needed in this store.

Worst location ever!!!!! Customer Service at this location is completely unacceptable and obsolete. General Manager Luis has an extremely nasty demeanor and will talk to you like you're trash. Maritza aka worlds nastiest employee, told me to Go F*ck myself in front of my two boys and husband (on the phone) after refusing to give me the Regional Managers phone number numerous times. Never missed a payment but they'll say I never pay my bill lol. Set up Monthly payments on Aaron's website aka EZ Pay, but yet they'll call you every single day 3-4 times a day even though your bill isn't due until the end of the month. Customer Complaints go unresolved, so I would highly suggest you go elsewhere because this place is a nightmare!

everyone in the store is so very nice and helpful except the girl named Marissa who thinks it is her job to berate people when they cannot make a payment. she made me feel like I intentionally skipped a payment because I was some kind of lowlife when in fact I was out of work for a whole month due to covid!! she took it upon herself to make it seem like I was hiding from them when in fact I was working doubles trying to catch up on payments which I did!!! I mean really Marissa, you are no one to judge me or anyone else you do not know the troubles someone may be facing so do not be so quick to find them unworthy of your compassion or deprive them of your empathy, some day you may need a kind word instead of being pushed further into despair. shame on you and your cold judgement, you thought me just wonderful when I was paying off my bedroom set earlier then expected, why can't you show simple understanding during this trying time we are all facing!?!?!? if you can not control your emotions or anger maybe its time you found a job that does not require you to be a good, understanding person. to Luis and the other employees, thank you for your kindness and understanding during my illness it was greatly appreciated.

Been a customer for years at the vineland nj 08360 in Landis Ave but the manager who has taken over this store is rude and likes to treat people like he is their father can't wait until am done paying for my stuff cause this man treat people disrespectful cursing at people I love Aaron but he has changed my mind.

I set up an account in Lindenwold for a TV and sound bar 2 years ago. That store closed and I was transferred to Vineland. I paid off my merchandise in Oct this year. 5.17 was continuing to come out of my account biweekly. I was never explained to about this. I was told it's a fee to make the payment. Honestly the Lindenwold store and Vineland store operated very differently. I was so confused when they did the transfer, because the payments came out differently. Anyway so it's Dec 1st and I finally had a chance to call, as I'm a busy mom of 3. I asked for a refund from the time I paid off the stuff, and they said they can't give me a refund of $20.68. Which is according to the Vineland store is a protection fee I knew nothing about it automatically continuing after pay off. I have never used the protection, and never asked for it to continue past my pay off date. Nobody informed me that I would have to call in and cancel it, as they told me today. As big as a company as Aarons is, you really can't give a 20$ refund!? Seriously? We are in a pandemic, with holidays a few weeks away, and I've been out of work due to covid. Have some compassion. I doubt that 20$ refund would hurt you any. Just disgusted.

Very nice experience, staff was extremely poilte and helpful, my transaction was explained in full detail to me..no rushing to get my money and get me out the store..as nice as everyone was im surprised they didnt offer me a coffee and scone?
