About 2 years ago I purchased an '04 Dodge Rumble Bee 4x4 w/ 160k miles. Buying a 20 yr old vehicle I knew to expect some gremlins. The sale went smooth & extremely professional. I left a deposit [I came in with my own financing] and came back a week later to pick up. When I did, I was given a new key & key fib. I recommend.

I have bought many cars from A-Estates and they are always professional. I have never had a problem with service. They are always willing to work with me if the car had an issue. Also, I realize that buying a used car might have a problem that needs to be fixed later down the road. I always purchase a warranty to help with that. In the end, I always save money and get to drive a decent car. I would not buy any where else. Thank you A-Estates!

The owner Jerry is a wonderful Salesman. Very kind the atmosphere is a family oriented environment. If you should need assistance with anything after your purchase they don’t treat you like a sale they treat you like family and assist in any way they possibly can, starting with tryna fix the issue theirselves and if that’s not possible then they put you in the right direction and call ahead of time letting them know you are coming. We own a shuttle business in North Myrtle Beach South Carolina we sent a certified check to them apparently the US Postal Service did not deliver the check so the owner jack told us to cancel the certified check and send it wire to the business tried to call today. The son told me that he does not want our business anymore buyer beware father say one thing and son do other thingPs. Father was very helpful Son was very nasty!

This “used”to be the place to go buy a used car. A lot has changed. I bought a car there from the moment I stepped off the lot I had nothing but problems with it. The warranty covered some of it. The dealership was very unhelpful, and almost annoyed that I was calling because there was problems with the vehicle they sold me. Now the warranty is up and I continue to have problems. Nothing but problems with this vehicle. It was rusted out. I believe it had water damage before they sold it to me and I think they knew that. They sold it with poor alignment and breaks that needed replacement after a month. I should add that I have put VERY low miles on this vehicle. Nothing I can do about it now but I can advise other people not to make the same mistake I did. Look elsewhere place is not reliable like it used to be. I am not the only person I know who has recently had a terrible experience.
