While traveling I stopped in a for a few weeks. Hands down the best BJJ spot in Cape May, NJ! World class instruction and top notch, friendly students. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

Starting my striking classes Tuesday and yesterday watched how there class was ran and everyone was very nice and Striking coach Ryan Mormello was very nice and greeted me with respect and broke it down to me how to start classes looking forward to train with wise fighters!!

I just started the aerial yoga with Kelsey & I'm hooked! It's a great workout & a fun way to relax/ deep stretch. Kelsey is an awesome instructor who makes you feel comfortable right away. Can't wait to strengthen my practice through her class!

On vacation from North Carolina. Dropped in for striking class. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Could tell from the beginning they are passionate about the arts. Had two great classes with Ryan. Worked footwork, boxing and core exercises to finish. Looking forward to incorporating footwork exercises into workouts in NC. Thanks again to Ryan and Kelsy for allowing me to drop in for class!

Great people and fun place to train! This is one of my go to places when i am visiting family. The people always make me feel welcome! I highly recommend Wise Fighters and Fitness.
