We've rented an electric hospital bed 3 years in a row from AABA for our annual vacations. The customer service over the phone is always impeccable. The beds have been clean and comfortable. The staff who have delivered, setup, and removed the beds have all been friendly and capable. I highly recommend this company.

Super easy and convenient. Beach wheelchair was awesome and the scooter was perfect for my dad who has knee problems. Will definitely use AABA again!!!

Joe is always extremely helpful and thorough in his assessment of the occasional issues with my electric scooter. He is thoughtful, kind and explains things well enough for me to understand them. I am very lucky to have Aaba and its staff nearby to help whenever I'm in need.

Great communicated and very easy to get a rental. We called a few days before our vacation and easily were able to get a rental. I would gladly go through this company again.

A medical supply company that continues to harass the ("disabled senior") consumer ($45 X'2) for the remaining payment, instead of forwarding the bill to my insurance company ($8 monthly). And answers the phone when I call (NJ area) but not when my insurance company (800#) calls ? very shady!!!

Scooter was where I needed it to be at the time I arrived. Scooter was fully charged. Equipment was clean and looked almost new. Expensive to rent though. That's the only down side.

Customer service is not great. Wanted to return a commode that was in my possession for less than an hour with tags on. The commode was cheaply made compared to the last one we bought from AABA. Was told by employee that the owner would call me back. Waited two hours and received a call from a different employee who told me it was not returnable. Have brought many products over the years from AABA, but I will not be going back.
