“Had car trouble while traveling for work. Called at least 10 shops and Aras was the only one who could make time to look at the vehicle same-day. Got a visual check for mechanical issues and everything was shown/explained to us while the computer was running diagnostics. The vehicle was safe to drive, so we ended up finishing our work and getting repairs done closer to home, but we were incredibly grateful for the honesty and the immediate, personalized service we received at Aras. “I stopped by Route 57 Auto Dalvage to try and locate a part for a 2002 Toyota Corolla. I called the office and was greeted by a helpful employee who informed me that they had several vehicles that might fit the bill and welcomed me to stop by to take a look for myself. I stopped into the office and the employee looked up their inventory and showed me on a photo map of their lot where the vehicles would be located. I was allowed to pick the part myself and brought it in to the office to purchase it. I thought that the price was reasonable and fair. I would definitely go back again in the future. I gave 4 stars for my review because I had a good experience. If they would have had more detail in their inventory, so that I would have known in advance if they had the specific part I was seeking, I would have given 5 stars. The staff were friendly and polite.”

“Not sure why there are a lot of bad reviews... I didn't see them until after my car was in the shop. That being said, I experienced none of what everybody else is saying in these reviews. I came in with a flat and needed 4 new tires put on by the next day. I travel a lot for work so it was essential that it was done by the next day. Told the person at the desk and he said that they can do it. I trusted his word and went along with it. Next day rolls around and they filled their promise. Thank you for squeezing me in and getting the job done in a timely manner! Don't let the reviews scare you... Typically people leave reviews when something bad happens. The price was on the higher end but was completely understandable with the timeline that I provided. Thank you Tom and the other gentleman who helped me out.”

“I just want to say that this dealership is unlike any I've ever been to. They actually care about the customer. My salesman, Ralph, was so nice and more concerned with if I was happy with my purchase than his commission. It was so refreshing to meet a salesman that actually cared about the customer at a car dealership. The dealership, itself, is awesome. I just received a Honda Pilot and brought it to my mechanic. My mechanic said I'd done a good job at finding a reliable vehicle. There was only one issue with the car, I called Ralph and I'm going in tomorrow to have them fix it, free of charge. I truly believe this is a family-driven car dealership. I definitely would recommend it if you're looking for a good deal!!! Happy hunting!!!!”
