The pharmacy is not responsive when they have to contact a doctors office. They have no people skills. A followup call to the doctor was not done after 2 days, I had to make the call myself.

Attention to store manager! I was there today June 9 around 9:30 and l had to send money to, overseas. I was so upset. Two ladies was working and both shift leader, They are so rude , didn’t want to help me.Older person she said to me go find another Western Unions . I will never go back there again.

Pharmacy sucks. Absolutely 0 customer service skills. More than one staff member on many ocassions. Walgreens do better. Some basic customer service training would make the whole experience alot smoother and more enjoyable.
