Never again! I am so much disappointed right now!!
I took my dog for selfwash, and it was a total disaster.
The Shampoo they provide is absolutely just water, the hairdryer won’t blow any warm air, it barely blow some cold air.
I asked for an apron for me and he told me that they don’t have….
End of the story, I had to buy the cheapest (very pricey shampoo) they sell. I had to take my dog home completely wet and the app never works (I have Vital care and I am seriously thinking of cancelling).
Cost of this nonsense stop is $22 (for the selfwas) + $14 for the shampoo = $36

This place is HORRIQBLE!
They did a half job on my dog and had me pick him up stating my Bichon poodle which doesn’t bark and is the cutest thing ever that she couldn’t handle. Mind you he is 8pounds. I’m super upset and will post pictures of the tech who hates her job with the half shave dog. I’ve never had a complaint until coming to this Petco location. Absolutely horrible!!!!!!’

Got to a grooming appointment with my dog. Was about five minutes late. Called Petco multiple times and left a message to let them know. I was running a few minutes late. Waited outside for almost 20 minutes. When they finally came to check my dog in, they told me that we were too late and she wouldn’t be able to be seen. This appointment was already rescheduled after they canceled on us on Friday two hours before her scheduled appointment. Will be taking my business to Petsmart and other local groomers

The Sales People in Verona are the absolute best. They are always available and helpful and extremely nice. I like the cat rescue set up in the front of the store. They have plenty of small size shopping carts. They have to put a ramp on the curb in front of the door. The one they have is too far away.

Took my dog in for grooming and she came home looking the same way she went in. She didn't even have a clean scent to her. Other than that Petco is Petco

Took my dog to the self wash, two days later she started having pain on her back due to hot spots which is so weird because we have bathed her at home and this has NEVER happened, now that she takes a bath at the self wash she gets a hot spot. Had to get her shaved down. Our vet told us one possibility can be the shampoo/ conditioner from the self wash. Never coming back here again.

The cashier told me they price match their website then tells me they can't price match prescriptions from their own website. Workers (Thomas) also had attitudes.

Was told I could do a walk in with my dog and next day and when I arrived they told me I was booked for tomorrow although did not have a appointment . I told them I was a walk in and again insisted I booked it. Told I would go someplace else and the attitude was who cares. When business sales drop they should look at the staff and this staff is horrible and will spread the word to avoid this place.
