Mario is a great guy he came and picked up my TV. 4 days later he brought it back fully fixed. He even helped me with mounting/unmounting it. Highly recommended!

Don’t use him. Mario charged for a home visit and never fixed the TV. After calling him multiple times I just gave up. Very unprofessional.

I picked up and call the service to understand the scope of my problem and get an estimate. The owner is incredibly helpful, friendly, and prompt. He explained the problem very clearly. Unfortunately my problem will cost more than a brand new tv to repair but the owner was kind, clear, and upfront with his answer.I would not hesitate to reach out again if I have other issues with my tv. A trustworthy service.

When our TV malfunctionednMario picked up our TV amd diagnosed it immediately. He was very professional and it was a fast turnaround. He delivered the TV to us in 2 days. We are very happy with the service.

The phone was answered unprofessionally. Just a, "Hello". I've no idea who answered, or if i even had the correct number?!?!?I asked a simple question about if dead pixels can be repaired. I wasn't given an answer beyond needing to see it. Would've been nice to have a definitive answer.

Quick, prompt service and reasonable prices. I even messed up and wasn't home when the repaired TV was going to be delivered and Mario didn't charge me extra to turn around. Had the TV motherboard of my LG plasma repaired and the TV works just fine. Highly recommend.

Mario was very quick and responsive on all my question. My tv just blew out of nowhere. It is a plasma and unfortunately nobody makes them no more! I don't know why as plasmas has the best picture ever made. Either way; Over the phone he knew what the issue was by my description and told me how much it would cost. He just needs to look at it in person. He comes to your house and picks up the tv and drops it back off after he is done! He came and picked up the tv that same day! Which was a plus for me as I couldn't move the tv around by myself at the moment! He repaired my tv in 2/3 days. Which was a great turn around. He also provides a 3 month warranty of his work. hopefully I will not need that. I will gladly use his services again! Thanks Mario!
