Today was my daughter's 7th birthday! She has been asking to go to Learning Express for the longest time! We drove from Staten Island, upon entering the workers were dry but once they found out it was her birthday and that my little girl was obsessed with dinosaurs and names them all they were super attentive and generous! Even gave both my kids a gift! Found some super cool toys and gifts including this slushie squishmellow! ❤️

I have taken my 3 kids to learning express repeatedly to shop for them and for the most part the staff was "ok", not very nice but "ok". Last week I took them to purchase a few items and that was just the end of it. The slim older lady (don't know her name) was incredibly rude. I have encountered that with her before but this time it was on a whole different level. She is rude and does not hide it. She is very obvious. It looks like she is absolutely miserable working at a children's store. ***Honestly if the owner reads this she needs to do something about it. This makes me not want to ever come back here again.

I had a gift card for the store and was looking for a present for a four year old birthday party. I left there with not just a beautiful gift, but some presents for my own child as well. The place is full of beautiful things that your eyes can soak in. It is colorful and vibrant and is very well organized to spite the amount of toys there. The people working there are incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I think I found my new favorite spot for kids!

Great selection rude service. Went in for a gift and tried to buy some adorable personalized cups in addition . Asked the register for the names of both my boys and tried to give the number listed next to the name . The clerk was so rude and her response was " that doesn't help me at all ." Walked away I took my business elsewhere.

The workers are so rude in this place. I was gonna drive fifty minutes until i heard how rude the worker was over the phone. The worker sounded irritated and mean. Will not be going here, you just lost a customer.

First of all I want to start off by saying what an AMAZING staff this Learning Express has. Over All Learning Express is an amazing store with so much to offer BUT THIS LOCATION takes the cake. From awesome items in stock to such a friendly, warm & welcoming vibe provided by the employees. During my stay in NJ I visited this place almost every single day and each time I was given customer service that only exists in dreams. I couldn't thank the staff enough for everything they had done for me. I'll be sure to stop in here anytime I'm in the area
