I was a little skeptical due to the reviews but decided to try it out for myself. I am so glad we did. My fiance fell in love with a suit from this place and it was delivered exactly as asked. Mike was amazing from the start. He was very precise with his measurements and called us when it was ready for pick up. He was able to try the suit on prior and they provide enough time to return the suit on time. Thank you for a smooth, easy going experience Mike. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

We had a wedding party where EVERY SINGLE PERSON had something wrong with their suit. Measurements wrong, out of stock, never contacted anyone when things arrived … NEVER use them. So disappointed.

Sarno was excellent. We rented tuxedos for our son’s wedding for the bridal party, fathers and grandfathers. Service was excellent, timely reminders provided. Just a very positive and professional experience

This Location Is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! Not only is MICHAEL THE MANAGER RACIST but he should not work in the wedding industry!! He is extremely unprofessional! not only did one of my groomsmen pay for a deposit he claims that it is not in the system however the deposit was paid with a credit card and denied issuing a refund . On top of that we made an appt for my soon to be husband for this weekend and i called to confirm that he had the selected styles available for his appt and he stated that we never made an appt in which is a lie because not only did we have an appt card we watched him place it in the system. as well this man is a scam artist ! we received a coupon from the bridal expo 75$ off each tux and he states it was only 30 so he was overcharging everyone for their rentals . THIS MAN SHOULD NEVER WORK HERE EVER!!! UNLESS YOUR SKIN IS WHITE THEN HE DISMISSES ANYTHING YOU SAY AND SPEAKS DOWN ON YOU THE ENTIRE TIME. We will be taking our money else where because if tuxedo sarno stands by this man no one should even attempt in renting tuxes with them Michael you are disrespectful inconsiderate and unprofessional. wont be surprised if this man pockets money out of scamming other clients

This places is a terrible places to do tuxedo rentals from because they will scam you with your deposit and if you have a coupon of a specific prices they will lie and say it was a different prices. You should go somewhere else and do tuxedo rentals.

Archaic. Fill out a form in pencil only to have the tell me two weeks later they have no record of my wedding party. Go elsewhere. Place is a joke. They should close their doors.

Amazing experience all the way through. They measured me up in minutes then when I got the tux it fit perfectly. Also, I was a few days late returning it due to work and they waived the $80 in late fees which I was super grateful for. Highly recommend!

Such a racist place, I would suggest to fire the manager to rescue the place. They said we can buy the suit first, after that no, after that we asked to try the suit in my size 42, they said "we only have standards" your order and we bring, then we said we want to buy, they brought same white suit jacket we asked for they said this is on sale, they guy even doesnt want to take my measures, I bought exactly what I wanted from another branch which this branch could have sell.I ended up buying from linden branch of this brand, they were 1000% more helpful than those guys in Verona.

This review is strictly on the service provided by the store's owner/manager. The place itself has not changed since I got married 20 years ago in fact since I went to my prom which I won't give away my age ?... however the variety of the suits available are fine. I tried on the tux for my sister's wedding and I mentioned to the person taking measurements that I had to have the left leg a bit shorter; it's a problem I've had all my life and get my suits/pants hemmed that way. When I went to try on the tux not only was the measurement wrong but the hemming was horrible! It looked like they folded the length of the pant twice inside and the size of the hemming was about 7 inches. It looked like I had a piece of cardboard inside the bottom of the pants. The manager/owner came and noticed it and said he would have a new pair come in. I returned (at this time 2 days before the wedding) and the pants looked the same!! not sure if they even did anything. The manager had the audacity to say "this is a rental" yes one which I was paying $230!! ... I had to take the pants to my own taylor and have them correct the issue and pay additional money out of my own pocket because this place could not fix their mistake. I called corporate but they did nothing; needless to say I will not return to this place and hopefully my family won't either!

My fiancé needed a tuxedo for our pre-wedding photoshoot. We rented from this place and don’t regret it! They are professional and very helpful. The wait was never long, and the process went smoothly. They helped tailor the length of the pants, and everything was perfectly fitted. My fiancé looked great in his tuxedo, it was a perfect fit! Will definitely rent here again for future events.

I had seen this business for many years and we rented a tuxedo at the last minute. The turnaround service was excellent and we returned for a quick fix, they fixed the issue without question.
